Research On The Optimization Of Ideological And Political Education Ritual In Colleges And Universitie

Ritual has been the representative of "etiquette" of Traditional Chinese culture since ancient times.But in recent years,the ritual of ideological and political education has gradually entered the field of academic research and become a new carrier of ideological and political education.Although since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the historical development and social progress require universities to focus on the study of ritual of ideological and political education,but there are still some shortcomings in the process of ritual development,such as the loss of subject participation,falling into formalism and the imperfect structure process.Therefore,through the existing literature review,this paper puts forward new ideas on the optimization of ideological and political education ceremony in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should give full play to the educational function of ritual based on tradition and reality.This article is divided into five chapters.The introduction part is based on the necessity and reality of the study of ideological and political education ceremony,sorting out the research ideas.The second chapter analyzes the theoretical basis and realistic demand of the ritual of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and gives a brief overview of the basic concept and form classification of the ritual.It also points out the realistic basis of the development of rites in colleges and universities as well as the internal agreement with ideological and political education,and discusses the function and value of developing rites in colleges and universities.The third chapter,starting from the historical exploration of the rites of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,divides the rites of colleges and universities under the leadership of the CPC into several stages and analyzes them,sums up the experience and inspiration of the rites of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and provides new ideas and directions for the optimization of the path of ritual education in colleges and universities.The fourth chapter is to discuss the current situation of the ceremony in colleges and universities,including the effectiveness and shortcomings,in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,attribution from the students,the ceremony design and the external environment.The fifth chapter puts forward the optimization path of the ideological and political education ceremony in colleges and universities,and optimizes the ceremony from four aspects: improving the effectiveness of the content,improving the enthusiasm of the subject,broadening the education platform and creating a good environment.This article aims to take the present situation of ideological and political education ceremony in colleges and universities as the breakthrough point,according to the development process to explore the experience,so as to give better play to the educational function of college ceremony.
