At present,the We-media platform represented by Weibo,We Chat and Tik Tok has become the main tool for traffic content dissemination and marketing promotion.This has made it more common for ordinary people to participate in media communication,and also promoted the emergence of a large number of Internet celebrities.As a new direction of social information,cultural dissemination and communication methods,the influence of Internet celebrities on Chinese netizens,especially on Chinese netizens’ social behaviors,cannot be underestimated.Although there is an effective interactive relationship formed between Internet celebrities and youth group,many problems have also been exposed.It is urgent to clarify the interactive relationship between the two groups and propose relevant solutions to explore new ideas for the development of the interactive relationship between the two groups.In this paper,firstly,taking Habermas’ Theory of Communicative Action as the research basis,and taking the current interactive relationship between Internet celebrities and youth group as the study object,the development process of Internet celebrities and the interactive process between internet celebrities and youth group are analyzed based on a review of relevant theories.Secondly,it focuses on the analysis of the current situation of interaction between Internet celebrities and youth group and the positive and negative influences of Internet celebrities on youth group through questionnaires and other methods.Thirdly,based on the current situation,specific solutions are proposed from the perspectives of Internet celebrities,youth group,the country and society,and the rationality of communication.In addition,relevant safeguard measures are proposed from five aspects of ideology,system,incentive,platform and education.The following results have been found from the study: 1)the interaction between Internet celebrities and youth group a language-based communication behavior;the interactive relationship is complicated,and the interaction between them is unreasonable;2)on the basis of the requirements of reality and feasibility,to solve the negative influence of Internet celebrities on youth group,it is necessary to provide countermeasures from the perspectives of supervision and management,institutional mechanisms,laws and regulations;moreover,it is necessary to form effective linkages between multiple departments,multiple platforms,and multiple roles;3)relevant supporting guarantee conditions are also necessary for the implementation of countermeasures.
