Research On The Inheritance Of Excellent Traditional Culture Of Buyi People In P Township Through Social Work Interventio

In the context of rural revitalization,the inheritance of excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities is an unavoidable issue in the revitalization of ethnic villages and rural areas.The excellent traditional culture of the Bouyei ethnic group,as a rich and colorful part of Chinese excellent traditional culture,was formed during the long-term historical development process of the Bouyei ethnic group.Through continuous innovation and integration,it has formed characteristics of richness,complexity,and long-term significance.The inheritance of excellent traditional culture of the Bouyei ethnic group cannot be separated from the participation and mutual assistance of community residents,let alone the joint cooperation of various forces.Through practical research on P Township,it was found that there are difficulties in inheriting the excellent traditional culture of the Bouyei ethnic group.For example,the local inheritance field is gradually decreasing,and people lack the field to participate in cultural inheritance;The inheritor has a fault situation,with only a small number of inheritors persistently holding their positions;The inheritance method is relatively traditional and single,with low social participation.The survey found that there is a need for individuals,groups,and communities to inherit Bouyei culture in the local area.At the individual level,there is a need to learn and showcase Bouyei culture;At the group level,there is a need for communication and interaction,as well as the development of cultural activities related to the Yi ethnic group.At the community level,there is a need to increase the cultural atmosphere of the Bouyei ethnic group and encourage their compatriots to participate in public cultural affairs in the community.Therefore,this study considers the inheritance of excellent traditional culture of the Bouyei ethnic group at the individual,group,and community levels.Under the guidance of the empowerment theory,social learning theory and Ecological systems theory of social work,this study combined with the regional development model to carry out social work intervention in the inheritance of Bouyei’s excellent traditional culture in Township P.The service process is divided into three stages.The first stage is to enter the community and explore the excellent traditional culture of the Bouyei ethnic group.Establish professional relationships in the first stage and find an entry point for activity intervention.Phase 2: Establish a Bouyei ethnic folk song group to promote participatory development.In the second stage,promote self-help,mutual assistance,and cooperation among villagers,and stimulate their awareness of inheriting the excellent traditional culture of the Bouyei ethnic group.Stage 3: Integrate resources and create a strong ethnic cultural atmosphere.In the third stage,resources are linked to create community culture,enabling multiple entities to participate in community public cultural affairs,and enhancing villagers’ sense of identity and belonging to the community.This practical research has to some extent solved the problem of difficulty in inheriting the excellent traditional culture of the Bouyei ethnic group.Through practical exploration,the following findings have been made: firstly,diverse actors contribute to the study of ethnic culture.Secondly,the cultivation of self-organized inheritance of local local culture is crucial.Finally,ethnic culture needs to be innovatively inherited.On this basis,a reflection was conducted on the roles,methods,theories,and service effectiveness of the entire service activity.The purpose of this study is to explore a path suitable for the inheritance of ethnic culture in ethnic areas and the economic benefits brought by the inheritance of ethnic culture,using relevant theories and methods of social work,in order to achieve the goal of promoting rural revitalization through cultural revitalization.
