The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that strengthening the youth sports work and cultivating the youth sports talents are the top priority of the development of sports and the basic project of building a strong sports country.In the long-term training of sports talents,the traditional sports project schools not only shoulder the important task of cultivating sports talents,but also shoulder the important task of transporting talents for various colleges and universities at all levels and provincial and municipal professional teams,and play a leading and exemplary role in selecting and cultivating sports talents;As an indispensable part of traditional sports schools,martial arts specialty students play an important role in spreading martial arts culture and promoting martial arts.Therefore,under the background of the current enrollment reform of sports specialty students,it is particularly important to strengthen the training of specialty students in traditional sports schools and improve the training level of martial arts specialty students,which is also of great significance to the development of martial arts in China.This study uses the methods of literature,expert consultation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate and study 75 martial arts coaches,135 middle school martial arts specialty students and 236 primary school martial arts specialty students from 60 traditional sports schools in Beijing.First of all,the statistical analysis was carried out from three aspects:the general situation of Beijing traditional sports schools,the basic situation of teachers and students,and the current situation of the cultivation of students with special skills.Secondly,the 20 influencing factors affecting the cultivation of students with special skills in martial arts were analyzed and summarized according to the exploratory factor analysis.Finally,the ANOVA one-way ANOVA analysis of variance was carried out on the five types of common factors from two levels of different years and different regions,The influence of various factors on the cultivation of martial arts specialty students and the differences between different levels are obtained,and practical suggestions are put forward to improve the cultivation of martial arts specialty students in Beijing traditional sports schools and improve the cultivation level of specialty students.The following conclusions are drawn through analysis:(1)There are significant differences in the spatial distribution of traditional sports schools in Beijing,with a large proportion of district-level traditional schools.Haidian District has achieved remarkable results in training and Daxing District has great potential for development.(2)The overall performance of martial arts specialty students in cultural courses is above the middle level,and their parents’ support is as high as 96%.The arrangement of study and training is scientific and reasonable,and their intention to go to comprehensive colleges is inclined.(3)Wushu coaches are generally young and mainly concentrated in the age of 26-30.External teachers account for 49.33%.The overall professional title level is relatively low,with a bachelor’s degree accounting for 66.67%.The sports technical guidance ability is insufficient,but the sense of responsibility is strong.(4)The overall enrollment situation of martial arts specialty students in traditional sports schools is relatively optimistic,the training time and content are reasonably arranged,the overall competition results are average,and the participation enthusiasm needs to be improved.(5)The factors affecting the cultivation of martial arts specialty students in Beijing traditional sports schools mainly include:student factor(56.58%),policy guidance factor(10.19%),management factor(6.92%),coach factor(5.88%),and environment factor(4.28%).(6)There are significant differences in policy guidance factors,management factors and coach factors among students of different grades.There are significant differences in management factors,coach factors and environment factors among students of different regions;All the influencing factors have the greatest impact on the high school martial arts specialty students and the urban martial arts specialty students.Accordingly,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Students:regularly organize and carry out ideological education work,actively publicize the excellent training results of the school,and enhance the sense of identity and sense of gain of students with special skills;Create a good learning atmosphere for cultural courses,strengthen communication with parents,and work together to improve self-confidence.(2)In terms of policy formulation,it is necessary to clarify the training objectives of martial arts specialty students,improve the enrollment plan of traditional sports schools,increase the enrollment quota of martial arts specialty students,expand the training scale,and give the score reduction preference to individual sports specialty students with outstanding performance.(3)In terms of management:Scientifically plan the layout of traditional schools,leverage regional advantages according to local conditions,strengthen communication and connections between districts and schools,attach importance to the connection of various training stages and talent introduction work,establish a sports traditional project school association,establish branch committees according to project classification,supervise and manage the technical training and cultural learning of students with special talents in various traditional schools.(4)In terms of coaches:strengthen the recruitment of teachers,improve the management ability,teaching ability,scientific research ability and welfare level of coaches,actively organize training and refresher activities for coaches,and recruit and introduce retired athletes.(5)In terms of external environment:unite with schools,governments and enterprises,expand cooperation methods,increase investment in funds and venue facilities,organize and hold student martial arts league matches,increase the opportunities for display of martial arts talents platform,and improve the enthusiasm of competition.
