Research On Countermeasures To Strengthen Teachers' Ethics Education In Private Universities In The New Er

Teachers are not only the main body of education,but also the key to the development of education.The construction of teachers is always the basic work of education.To strengthen teacher ethics education in the new era is to build a team of teachers with high professional ethics and excellent professional skills who can shoulder the new mission of Chinese education development.As an important part of Chinese higher education,private colleges and universities are closely related to the quality of running a school and the effect of educating people.Therefore,private colleges and universities should comprehensively carry out teacher’s ethics education according to the specific requirements of the Ministry of Education administration on teacher’s ethics education,and further improve the teacher’s ethics quality of private colleges and universities.This paper comprehensively combs the concepts related to the new era,private colleges and universities,teachers’ ethics and teacher’s ethics education,introduces the background of the new era,analyzes the nature of private colleges and the current situation of teachers,clarifies the basic requirements of noble teachers’ ethics in the new era,and expounds the main principles and methods of teacher’s ethics education.Teachers’ moral education in private colleges in the new era should focus on General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discussion on teachers’ moral style,"four History",advanced typical deeds of teachers’ moral,standards of teachers’ moral in the new era and negative examples of teachers’ moral,so as to comprehensively improve teachers’ ideological and political level and professional moral quality.This is of great significance for private colleges to improve the overall level of teachers,achieve their own high-quality development and implement the fundamental task of moral education.On the basis of in-depth research on the theory of teacher’s ethics education in the new era,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey to investigate and study the current situation of teacher’s ethics education in private colleges and suggestions on strengthening teacher’s ethics education in private colleges and universities.Through the research,it is found that there are four problems in the current private colleges’ teacher’s moral education: the private colleges’ insufficient attention to teacher’s moral education,the weak strength of the main body of teacher’s moral education,the single method of teacher’s moral education,and the imperfect guarantee mechanism of teacher’s moral education.There are the deep reasons behind these problems,such as the serious thinking of running a school as an enterprise,the inadequate implementation of the principal responsibility of the teacher’s moral education,the unscientific implementation of the teacher’s moral education and the teacher’s moral management system to be improved.According to the in-depth research on the theories related to teacher ethics education in the new era,combined with the current situation of teacher ethics education in private universities and the investigation results of suggestions on strengthening teacher ethics education.This paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen teacher’s moral education in private colleges and universities from five aspects: strengthening organizational guidance,enriching educational content,optimizing educational environment,using educational methods scientifically and improving educational guarantee mechanism.It tries to put forward suggestions and countermeasures to strengthen teacher’s moral education in private colleges and universities from multiple angles.It is expected to provide feasible schemes for private colleges to improve the effect of teacher ethics education and strengthen the construction of teacher ethics.
