Abstract/Summary:
The curriculum reform of basic education,which originated at the turn of the new and old centuries,vigorously advocates the transformation of learning methods towards "autonomy,cooperation and exploration",and cooperative learning is highly respected.In the classroom of cooperative learning,students with learning difficulties will slowly change their learning methods and get all-round development.However,in the process of practice,it will be found that the cooperation in the classroom can sometimes be tangible and godless and become a mere form.Teachers can not take into account the full participation of each student,and students with learning difficulties are easy to be ignored.At present,there is a lack of in-depth practical research on the transformation of students with learning difficulties under cooperative learning.Based on the researcher’s own teaching practice,this paper tries to explore the strategy of transferring chemistry poor students in the process of cooperative learning,so that teachers can follow the rules and effectively change the current situation of chemistry poor students through cooperative learning.Using the research methods of narrative research,observation,interview and case study,this paper takes the primary school students in J District of Q city as the research object to study the transformation of students with learning difficulties under the current cooperative learning mode.The study found that there are many problems in the transformation of students with learning difficulties under cooperative learning.The researchers analyzed the causes of the problems: first,the difficulties faced by teachers.Ignoring the speaking order of students with learning difficulties,lack of guidance on their cooperation skills,and inappropriate cooperation tasks.Secondly,the classroom state of students with learning difficulties.Students with learning difficulties lack independent learning ability,their thinking is replaced by excellent students,their cooperative attitude is not correct,and their learning motivation is not strong.Thirdly,the absence of peer identity and help.Focusing on the transformation of cooperative learning to students with learning difficulties,on the basis of in-depth theoretical discussion,starting with finding problems and analyzing the causes of the problems,this paper observes and interviews the students with learning difficulties,teachers and other excellent teachers in the classes taught by the researchers,describes the problem of transferring students with chemical difficulties in the process of cooperative learning,and makes an in-depth analysis on this basis.Focus on exploring the effective strategies of cooperative learning for the transformation of students with learning difficulties:create a group environment conducive to the growth of students with learning difficulties,the team leader becomes the leader of students with learning difficulties,orderly cooperative classroom helps students with learning difficulties,and use the observation scale of students’ cooperative habits to find the weaknesses of students with learning difficulties.
