| Under the background of the implementation of compulsory education and quality education at the present stage,the educational transformation of problem students is a key and difficult problem faced by rural junior middle schools.First of all,facing the pressure of entering a higher school in the middle school entrance examination,rural junior middle schools often pay too much attention to students’ achievements and ignore the attention and transformation of problem students.Secondly,most of the problem students in rural junior middle schools come from vulnerable families,such as family poverty and parental divorce.If they are not intervened,it will not be conducive to the fairness of education and widen the gap between urban and rural education levels.Third,modern electronic home visits such as telephone and wechat make teachers and students lack zero distance contact and interaction,which is not conducive to the effective transformation of problem students’ behavior.In view of this,the author decided to take the work unit as an example to deeply study the transformation effect of home visit on problem students,hoping to have some reference significance for rural schools.Based on the guidance of three scientific theories,including overlapping influence domain theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and family cultural capital theory,and combined with the reality of the work unit,the author compiled three questionnaires aimed at investigating the problem students in HS junior middle school,the current situation of their home visits and the transformation effect of problem students,and sent the questionnaire to teachers,students and parents by using the census method.On the basis of collecting and sorting out the questionnaire data,aiming at the key problems,the author uses the interview method to obtain effective information from school leaders,teachers,parents and students,and finally presents the current situation of HS junior middle school problem students and their home visits.At the same time,with the help of comparative research method,this paper analyzes the changes of 14 problem behaviors of students with learning type,discipline type,moral type and psychological barrier type before and after home visit.In order to further enrich the research results,the author also adopts the case analysis method,supplemented by the interview method,selects two typical problem students Li and Ge,and follows the basic situation of the case-summary and causes of the problem behavior of the case-home visit strategy-the transformation effect of the problem behavior of the case.Based on scientific theoretical guidance and effective research methods,after sorting and analyzing the collected data,this study finally comes to the conclusion that home visit has a significant effect on the transformation of rural junior middle school problem students.It is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the practice of students with learning problems in homework completion and submission,class attendance and academic performance has generally improved,and the behavior of some students who play truant and indulge in online games has also been effectively restrained;The discipline performance of students with discipline problems in class and lunch break is significantly better than that before home visit,and the phenomenon of fighting in school has been fundamentally curbed;The number of students with moral problems who deny their mistakes,bully the weak and disrespect their teachers is decreasing gradually;Among the students with psychological problems,the behaviors of inferiority,autistic,self mutilation and depression have been significantly alleviated.In view of this,the home visit measures taken by HS junior middle school to transform problem students are of great practical significance,which plays a good guiding role for the majority of rural junior middle schools and even urban junior middle schools.In the last chapter,the author also makes a strategic research on how to improve the effect of home visit in rural junior middle schools.It not only has a macro perspective,that is,the school should pay more attention to it,the family should give active cooperation and the society should provide strong support,but also makes scientific strategic guidance at the micro level,such as the school should strengthen the construction of home visit system,pay attention to teacher training,improve the level of teachers’ home visit,expand the publicity of teachers’ home visit Actively seek the cooperation of parents;Parents should establish a correct concept of education,understand the importance of family education,actively improve their self-cultivation,use scientific methods to educate their children,strengthen daily contact with teachers and actively invite teachers to visit their homes;The government improved the system guarantee,formed correct public opinion guidance,opened public welfare classes in the community,publicized family education knowledge,played the coordinating role of village committees,and actively cooperated with teachers’ home visits. |
