In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the latest version of "General High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards".The new curriculum standards emphasize the importance of carrying out "literacy-based" teaching, promote the transformation of learning methods, cultivate students 'core literacy, and develop students' problem-solving skills. The content of functional groups in high school chemistry runs through the learning process of organic chemistry, and the conversion of functional groups involves a more comprehensive chemistry problem solving process. It is the focus and difficulty of chemistry learning, and it is of great significance for fostering the coherence of students' thinking and comprehensive consideration. In this study, the specific process of functional group conversion problem solving is presented to reflect the status of high school students 'functional group conversion problem solving ability and the characteristics of the thinking process, and a research framework is designed.Collect the research data by completing the worksheet, and explore the current status of the ability to solve the problem of functional group conversion in high school students through statistical analysis of the data,as well as the differences between gender, grade, and different academic levels;at the same time, through case interview methods,To characterize and analyze the thinking process of solving the problem of functional group transformation in high school students in this area.Research indicates:(1)The overall problem solving ability of high school students for functional group conversion is at a good level, but the development in the dimensions of "understanding ability","characterization ability","execution ability" and "checking ability" is uneven, including "checking ability" "Weak.(2)The ability to solve functional group conversion problems of senior two and senior three students is at a good level, but there are significant differences between the two.The performance of senior three in four dimensions is better than that of senior two students, especially in the "execution ability" and "check The performance of senior high school students in the dimension of "nuclear competence" is much higher than that of high school students.(3)There is no significant difference in the ability of different gender students to solve the problem of functional group transformation.Girls are slightly better than boys in understanding ability, and boys are slightly better than girls in representation ability, execution ability and inspection.(4)There are significant differences in the ability to solve functional group conversion problems of students of different academic levels. The level of excellent students is higher, secondary students are secondary, and students with learning difficulties are lower..(5)Judging from the characteristics of the thinking process, high school students present the "step-by-step" thinking process characteristics in the process of solving functional group transformation problems;high school students present the "jumping" and "hybrid" thinking process characteristics. Finally, based on the research, teaching suggestions for effectively cultivating the problem-solving ability of functional group transformation in high school students are put forward. |
