Weariness of learning is a negative reaction to learning.According to a survey conducted by the youth research center of China,about 70% of students have different degrees of weariness of learning in different forms,causing troubles to their families,schools,society and students themselves.High school is a critical period for the growth of young people.With the increasing pressure of learning and entering a higher school and the impact of many internal and external environments,it is easy to have negative emotions such as poor initiative and enthusiasm,non attendance,truancy and truancy.If not properly guided and corrected in time,it will bring about various social problems.Social work upholds the value concept of helping others and self-help and its practical essence,which can effectively intervene in this field and achieve the purpose of students’ personal development.This research takes the high school students in the middle school attached to M University as the research object.Through interviews and questionnaires,it makes a preliminary investigation on them.It comprehensively uses cognitive behavior theory,labeling theory and group work methods to analyze the causes of high school students’ school weariness from the four levels of students’ individual,parents,school and society.The main line is cognitive restructuring,stress management,removing negative labels and stimulating subjective initiative,With the purpose of correction,finally,the effectiveness evaluation is carried out to reflect on the theoretical inclusiveness and practical effectiveness of social work intervention in high school students’ school weariness.The study found that the group work method has achieved remarkable results in intervening students’ learning weariness.Through this group activity,the service object can basically establish a more correct learning concept,and the learning weariness has been alleviated and corrected to a certain extent.While releasing the pressure and removing the negative label,the subjective initiative and enthusiasm of learning have been improved,and the group work goal has been achieved.
