| The community is an activity area that is closely connected with people’s daily life and plays an important role in the modern social governance pattern.However,for the disabled groups living in the community,due to the dual constraints of their own defects and insufficient support from the external environment,these groups cannot participate in the community life equally as ordinary people,and they have problems in self-awareness,interpersonal communication and community identity,which hinder the positive interaction between the disabled groups and the surrounding environment.They have problems in self-perception,interpersonal interaction,and community identity.Based on relevant studies on community integration,this study conducted household interviews and questionnaire surveys with 36 people with different types of disabilities but with certain ability to participate in the community in GM community of JZ,Ji’an City,and learned that they had common problems in the process of community integration,such as insufficient participation in community activities,interpersonal interaction rejection,insufficient acceptance by community residents,and insufficient support from community resources.Then,we analyzed the causes of the community integration problems of the disabled group from three aspects:disability factor,community interpersonal interaction factor,and community governance factor,and identified the needs of community integration of the disabled group on this basis.Individuals with disabilities in GM community were selected as the clients,and a total of 8 sessions of targeted services were provided to the clients in three stages.Then,under the guidance of the enrichment theory,the clients were enriched on three levels: individual psychology,interpersonal relationship and community environment,so as to improve their community integration status and achieve the purpose of community integration by improving self-efficacy,expanding interpersonal relationship and enhancing resource utilization;at the same time,through the establishment of community At the same time,through the establishment of community volunteer organizations,the support network of the clients is built up,and the clients’ self-identity and sense of belonging to the community are enhanced,so that the clients can participate in community life more actively.Finally,the author summarizes the practice process from three aspects: the role of the external environment in supporting the clients’ psychological well-being,the guarantee of the empowerment theory in achieving the goals,and the effects and advantages of casework intervention in the community integration of disabled groups.At the same time,the author reflects on the selection of the clients,the application of the theory,the development of the community integration scale,and the process of the service intervention in order to provide reference for related community integration research. |
