With the development of my country’s social economy,the living standards of rural residents are improving day by day.With the improvement of living standards,the quantity and types of garbage in rural areas are also increasing.In addition,rural residents live a more casual lifestyle,and their behaviors and habits in garbage collection are generally not good.As a result,garbage can be seen everywhere,which seriously affects the living environment of rural residents.With the continuous deepening of the national green development concept,the requirements for the classification of rural domestic waste are also continuously strengthened,which puts forward higher requirements for the management of rural domestic waste.The study found that previous studies tended to use theoretical knowledge such as environmental studies,management studies,and pedagogy to study garbage classification.This paper uses the group work method of social work to intervene in the norms of rural household garbage classification behaviors,hoping to help rural villagers develop environmental awareness and behavioral habits of garbage classification.This paper takes the villagers of L village as the research object.On the basis of on-the-spot investigation,combined with literature research method,in-depth interview method and questionnaire survey method,this paper analyzes the current situation of the villagers’ garbage classification behavior and habits in L village.The habit has not yet been formed,mainly due to the lack of policies and knowledge of garbage classification,and the lack of understanding of the importance and necessity of garbage classification.Under the guidance of the advocacy theory,the author used the group work method,and carried out professional group activities to help the villagers of L village learn the knowledge of garbage classification,cultivate the awareness of garbage classification,and develop garbage classification according to the needs of villagers in L village.behavior habits.After the group activity is over,the intervention effect is evaluated by pre-and post-test comparison,the experience and deficiencies of group work intervention are summarized,and the practical methods of group work are improved.During the whole group work intervention process,the author recorded the content of each activity,summed up and reflected on each activity,and carried out from three aspects: the expansion of group members’ knowledge of garbage classification,the improvement of garbage classification attitude,and the development of garbage classification behavior habits.After the evaluation,it was found that after the intervention of the group work,the knowledge,attitude and behavior of garbage classification among the group members and villagers in L village have been significantly improved.After the case was closed,a comprehensive summary and in-depth reflection on this service were carried out.Finally,it was concluded that it is scientific and feasible for group work to intervene in the norms of rural villagers’ garbage sorting behaviors.Through group work,we can help rural villagers develop garbage sorting behaviors and improve rural hygiene.surroundings. |
