“Be the first to worry the woes of the people,and the last to share the weal of the people”,the ethical consciousness of responsibility has always existed in the long history and culture of our country.In today’s society,the development of globalization requires that the younger generation have the spirit and the ability to take into account and carry out the important task of sustainable development of the country and its people.The 2017 edition of the "General High School Biology Curriculum Standards" put forward the core literacy of biology disciplines,and "social responsibility" is one of them.Therefore,how to conduct social responsibility education effectively in the practice of teaching biology has become a hot issue at the field of basic education research.In order to conduct more targeted research on social responsibility training,the current situation of social responsibility training in the teaching of biology in weifang high schools was investigated,the current situation of cultivation was understood and problems were found,and the cultivation countermeasures were constructed to promote the cultivation of social responsibility in biology teaching.Literature analysis,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics and case studies were used to study the cultivation of social responsibility in biology teaching.Through literature collection and collation,we deeply analyze the connotation of "social responsibility" and understand the current status of research.On this basis,a questionnaire was designed to investigate the cultivation of social responsibility in the teaching of biology in high schools in Weifang.The results of the teacher survey showed: Teachers agree on the importance of social responsibility training,but the understanding of the connotation of social responsibility is not comprehensive;Teachers did not dig deeper into the resources related to social responsibility cultivation in the textbook;Teachers agree that practical activities can promote the cultivation of social responsibility,but the actual activities are insufficient;Teachers’ ability to carry out social responsibility education is limited,and the effect of social responsibility training is not ideal.The results of the student questionnaire survey showed:Students have a positive attitude towards social responsibility education;Students have a preliminary sense of responsibility,but the sense of responsibility needs to be improved;From the perspective of students,teachers have less content to cultivate social responsibility.Based on the survey conclusions and reference to relevant literature,relevant countermeasures are proposed.At the school level:Increase the importance attached to the cultivation of social responsibility and clarify the responsible subjects;Strengthen teacher training,improve teacher literacy;Strengthen the construction of campus culture and give play to the role of implicit education.At the level of biology teaching: Update educational concepts and formulate practical and feasible social responsibility training goals;Comprehensively excavate social responsibility education resources and enrich the content of social responsibility education;Skillfully design teaching to promote the achievement of social responsibility goals;Improve the diversified evaluation system for students’ social responsibility literacy.On the basis of the above work,in order to improve the proposed culture countermeasures,the teaching contents of "Aging and Death of Cells" and "Gene Mutation and Genetic Recombination" were designed and analyzed to highlight the teaching content of social responsibility training. |
