| In recent years,primary school club activities,as the implementation carrier for promoting the reform of basic education and deepening quality education,have been actively carried out nationwide and have become an important link connecting schools,families and society.As one of the most important stakeholders in primary school club activities,parents’ satisfaction with primary school club activities directly affects the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of parents to participate in club activities,and then affects the quality and effectiveness of club activities.Carrying out a study on parental satisfaction in primary school club activities is conducive to promoting the effective development of club activities,promoting the all-round development of students,and improving parent satisfaction.This study uses the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,taking a primary school in Zhucheng City as the research object,from the four dimensions of activity effectiveness,activity implementation,teacher level and daily management,the parents of primary school students are satisfied with the status quo of club activities,analyze the influencing factors of parent satisfaction of primary school club activities,analyze the reasons for parents’ low satisfaction with primary school club activities,and put forward suggestions for improvement.The results of the study found that the overall level of parents’ satisfaction with primary school club activities was higher,but the level of satisfaction with club activities was different in various dimensions.The analysis shows that the reasons for the low satisfaction of parents with the activities of the community are: there are few types of primary school clubs and uneven development;the formalization of the development process and the difficulty of implementing the main position;the financial support is not in place,the venue facilities are not perfect;the professional teachers are lacking,the enthusiasm for participation is not high;the management system is not perfect,the student management is difficult;the development of the senior grade is not good,and the effective participation of parents is not high.In view of the existing problems,the following suggestions are put forward: First,pay attention to the development and construction of the school itself,and strive to improve the level of parent satisfaction.Give play to the status of students as the main body and promote comprehensive and coordinated development;a variety of initiatives go hand in hand to ensure the diversification of clubs;the source of funds is extensive,and the utilization of resources is rationalized;the teacher training mechanism is improved to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers;the system guarantee is improved,the evaluation mechanism is optimized;and the senior community is carried out to increase the participation rate of parents.The second is to change the traditional education concept of parents and promote home-school co-education.Improve parents’ awareness of club activities,guide parents to have reasonable expectations for their children,and improve the level of participation in parent club activities to better achieve home-school co-education. |
