Sports is spawned a unique culture in human history,the sport since its launch,with covers a variety of sports ability and competition situation in the rapidly changing gripping,etc,in the media and the science and technology under the push of a regional indigenous culture fusion quickly with people of all ethnic groups,and become the world’s first sports has a great influence.Along with football,there are also fans,who are inseparable from football and have gradually developed a complete cultural system of their own in the process of development.The fan culture derived from football in turn plays a role in promoting football.The fan culture covers excellent regional traditional culture and ethnic culture,and is essentially human-based culture,including three aspects of material dimension,behavior system dimension and spirit(values)dimension.Since its establishment,Shaanxi Changan Athletic Football Club has ignited the sleepy atmosphere of fans in Shaanxi.This paper aims to analyze the current situation and characteristics of Shaanxi Changan Athletic Football Club’s fan culture,and put forward targeted solutions to the problems and deficiencies existing in all aspects of the club’s fan culture at the present stage,so as to promote the positive development of the club’s fan culture.This study used literature study and case study,field survey,interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,based on the theory of cultural layer in shaanxi chang ’an competitive football club fans as the research object,through to the club and the fans(three fans)research,respectively from three aspects:material,spirit,behavior,system analysis shaanxi chang ’an competitive football club fans culture development present situation and characteristics.The results of the study are as follows:as a professional football club,shaanxi chang an athletic club football fans culture development in the past five years has achieved good results:(1)in the development of the material and cultural level is not balanced,the club itself and the limit of the scale,compared with domestic well-known club fans products type and quantity is relatively scarce,but the characterization of goods and "TIFO" follow the mainstream European football culture such as the physical development is relatively mature,and have a bigger space material development;(2)fan culture in the development of behavior system is better,in behavior reflect highly consistency,led by three big fans of the club organization,in particular,fan performance during the game in addition to the strong organization and discipline,at the same time,fans also follow the example of European football club fans cheer for the team combat team organization,fans away expedition behavior also to explore the significance,but represented by "shan scold" slogan still needed the club to lead and governance;(3)in the spiritual and cultural level,fans club culture is closely connected with history and geographical features,fan culture of shaanxi’s past professional football club fans culture inheritance and transcendence,"qin culture" is consistent with shaanxi,fans on values due to the historical problems,to the club’s unconditional love and support,and formed "the northwest Wolf’ comprehensive fans-the values and spirit culture.Through the above analysis and summary of the status quo and characteristics,this study,aiming at the problems and deficiencies of club fan culture,suggests that clubs should be people-oriented,based on regional characteristics,and give strategies for the healthy development of club fan culture:(1)take root in China’s first league and steadily improve the strength of the team;(2)Take advantage of location.Fully build the team sports IP;(3)Aiming at the material dimension,we should try our best to meet the material needs of fans.First,we should build exclusive professional stadiums for clubs,secondly,enrich the product categories of clubs,and finally,we should innovate the forms of club fan activities.(4)To correctly guide fans,promote fans to become the local name card,to guide the fan association to strengthen the internal construction,to guide fans to reasonably watch the game behavior,to further promote the spiritual and cultural development of fans.
