Poverty is a big trouble that breaks China’s economic and social development,and it is an important element concerned to the people’s living standards and happiness."Targeted poverty alleviation" is a great strategic progress in the history of our national development,and it devoted for improving the ordinary Chinese needy people’s livelihoods norms and upgrading people’s life.The strategic always begins with the help of intelligence.Educational poverty alleviation is an important driving force for poverty alleviation.It can not only "transfusion" the poverty alleviation work,but also "make blood",not only can help alleviate poverty,but also prevent the return to poverty.Teachers,one of the three parts of education,through the study of educators and the stable survey of regional teachers,can be used to effectively understand the causes of regional education poverty and based on the corresponding improvement strategies proposed.Promote the stability of teachers,and help education poverty alleviation more durable and stable.By reading relevant stories and books about how to stabilize the teachers,followed by first-surveys and formal surveys,using questionnaires and interviews,we went to the minority township areas of Zhen’an County to study the situation of the loss of the teaching team nowadays,sort out the reasons and directions and ways of the loss of the local teaching team,and sort out the common reasons for the loss of teachers and dig out the local potential loss factors for analysis,and therefore get the local countermeasures and advise based on the discovered reasons and potential factors.There are six parts in this article.The introduction of my essay primarily tells the basis of studying the ethnic rural teachers,next the importance of studying the teachers in southern Shaanxi,and the major methods and innovation points involved in the process of the research.I defined at last the three related definitions and concepts.The second parts I analyzed the predecessors’ experience and related discourses on the teaching staff in southern Shaanxi and the other place.After the survey I wrote the situation of the main loss of local teachers at present in the third chapter.First,it introduces Maoping Town and Xikou Town in Zhen’an County from the geographical location,population distribution and the development of Hui ethnic town education.I explained in detail the situation of the loss of local teachers and the consequences then maybe take place on the four parts--school and regional education,the teaching staff and students.The fourth chapter sorts out the reasons for the above problems,and mainly divides the reasons into irresistible natural factors,the own factors of the loss of local teachers,and the personal factors of teachers.The fifth chapter focuses on the loss status quo and reasons of the teaching staff’s loss in southern Shaanxi,and rises five respective strategies:policy support,improvement of economic development level and teacher treatment,improvement of teacher management,expansion of the teaching staff and reduction of pressure for teachers.Chapter last is a review and summary of the whole article,expressing the prospects and expectations of the future research on the stability of the teaching staff in southern Shaanxi.
