| With the rapid advancement of information technology,it is easy to characterize and present knowledge materials in a digital way.However,as far as the current organization and management of resources centered on scholars are concerned,centralized management is still carried out in the form of databases and institutional libraries.This organization and management method not only involves a single data type,but also uses one-dimensional linear and simple linking methods,presenting the phenomenon of information "islands",impeding the sharing,retrieval and utilization of information,and traditionally the content of most archives The meaning is difficult to be interpreted by the machine,and the knowledge data produced by one machine(program)is also difficult to be ingested and reused by another machine(program),which makes communication between machines difficult.Scholars are the foundation and driving force of scientific research activities,the source of a large number of valuable academic ideas and achievements,and the link between various scientific research activities and scientific research relationships.In view of this,this research mainly draws on Linked Data technology,with scholars as the core,and explores the construction methods and applications of Linked Data Sets for Scholars,in order to facilitate the development of the subject,the evaluation of scholars and the sharing of scholars’ information.This article first introduces the concepts and principles of linked data,as well as the publishing process and methods of linked data,and expands it in detail.Then,it specifically explains the meaning and description language of the ontology,focusing on the scholar’s linked data set and its positioning.Explanation: Secondly,through literature research,summarize the existing resource model with characters as the core,and refer to these types of models,after analyzing the characteristics of scholars,describe the relevant entities of the scholar’s knowledge base,and construct the scholar’s knowledge model.Including the scholar description framework and the scholar relationship description framework.Based on the analysis of the scholar description framework on the existing character models,this paper finally determines to use VIVO and DBpedia as the reference source of the ontology to construct a suitable scholar ontology.This research selects five representative scholars in the field of library and information to conduct case analysis,explore the relationship between the three entities "person","article" and "book",choose D2 R as the publishing platform for linked data,and successfully publish scholar linked data;Finally,explore the application of scholar-linked data and build a question-and-answer system based on scholar-linked data.By converting natural language questions into structured SPARQL query sentences,the questions are divided into simple sentences involving one data set and multiple data.The complex sentences in the set are processed separately,which is convenient for users to ask questions in natural language.In summary,the scholar-linked data set is not the same as the general institutional repository.It will focus on scholars in the subject field and collect all relevant information resources,so that scholars’ knowledge can be provided in a fully open,connected and shared manner.The Scholar Linked Data Set can provide convenience and reference for the effective integration of information,scientific communication,scholar evaluation,and construction of digital talent archives. |
