The "Technical Requirements for Information Transport,Switch and Control in Video Surveillance Network System for Public Security"(GB/T 28181-2016 standard)is a national security video surveillance standard proposed by the Science and Technology Information Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security of China.The actual promotion and application of the standard,to solve the bottleneck of interconnection in the video surveillance networking system,cracked the most critical communication signaling in video networking and media format specification problems,making the security industry has made significant progress in the standardization of video surveillance networking construction.However,in the construction of security systems,for GB/T 28181 in SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)stack development and application there is still a significant shortage of different manufacturers to produce security systems without a unified based on the GB/T 28181 standard SIP protocol communication library,you need to refer to the SIP protocol to complete the development.Therefore,it is necessary to design a set of SIP communication library based on the GB/T 28181 standard,and according to this SIP protocol communication library design and implementation of a SIP signaling server based on the GB/T 28181 standard,so that it can be more easily applied to the field of security monitoring.Second,with the advent of the 5G era and the rapid development of Internet technology,the number of Internet users continues to increase,and the demand for the use of network resources is growing.In this case,how to effectively improve the ability of concurrent processing of SIP requests in communication and provide users with high-quality and high-experience communication services has become a very important issue.The content studied in this thesis includes the following aspects.First of all,for the current security system when there is no unified communication library based on GB/T 28181 standard SIP protocol,need to refer to the SIP protocol to complete the development of the problem,through the GB/T 28181 specification and SIP protocol study and research,proposed a GB/T 28181 signaling server based on GB/T 28181,so that it can be easily applied to the field of security monitoring.Second,a dynamic load balancing optimization algorithm based on SIP transactions is proposed to address the problem of unbalanced allocation of SIP requests when the signaling server cluster is processing concurrent task requests.The algorithm can dynamically monitor the load situation of each server node in real-time,and select the server node with the lowest load rate in normal state to allocate SIP requests based on the feedback load situation,so as to solve the load imbalance problem and make the signaling server cluster system efficiently and reasonably allocate resources and improve the utilization of system resources.Finally,the implemented GB/T 28181 signaling server is applied to the video surveillance system and its function is tested.The test analysis shows that the functions of the GB/T 28181 signaling server designed and implemented in this thesis meet the requirements of the GB/T 28181 protocol specification,and the format and behavior are in accordance with the requirements of SIP protocol.Then,in order to verify the proposed new load balancing optimization algorithm,a signaling server clustering system is built and its performance is tested.The test results show that the algorithm has a significant performance improvement compared with some other traditional load balancing scheduling algorithms.
