Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of science and technology,the control object is becoming more and more complex,the processing data is becoming more and more huge,the control algorithm is becoming more and more complex.Due to the poor software and hardware configuration of the traditional control system and the support of emerging technologies,the analysis,control and data processing ability of the complex system is relatively weak,which can not achieve the expected control effect.Nowadays,emerging technologies such as cloud computing,big data,Internet of things and cloud platform are emerging and becoming more and more mature.With more reliable and stable technical tools for complex algorit hm processing and large-scale system control,cloud control system came into being.In order to deeply study the cloud control system and speed up the implementation of the cloud control system,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyze the aspects of control algorithm and control system to be improved and optimized,and analyze the research status and development trend of cloud control system.Explain the relationship between emerging technologies and cloud control systems and the role they play in cloud control systems,and analyze the current problems and main research directions of cloud control systems.(2)The primary cloud control system is designed,and the limitations of the control scheme are analyzed by testing the control effect of the conventional PID control algorithm;The new Smith predictive control method is used to optimize the traditional controller to effectively improve the dynamic performance of the control system.(3)PID control can not achieve good control effect in the face of complex system and network time delay.Through the analysis of network delay,the delay model of cloud control system is established,and the controller algorithm is designed by pole assignment method.The principle of pole assignment and the design and solution of cloud controller are summarized in detail.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified by simulation experiments.(4)In order to apply the cloud control system to engineering practice,a cloud control service platform based on MVC programming mode is designed.The design ideas of cloud platform,database,management software and monitoring system are explained in detail,and the way of system security management is explained at the same time.Finally,the actual operation of the cloud control service platform is given,which can be used as a reference for subsequent research and design.The pole placement controller algorithm designed in this paper can better solve the problem of network time delay,and has a certain reference significance for the follow-up research of cloud control system;The cloud control service platform has strong engineering application value,and also has certain guiding value on how to implement the cloud control system.
