| The surge of P2P(Peer to Peer,P2P)business traffic is eroding a large amount of network bandwidth,destroying the balance of Quality of Service(Qo S)when multiple services coexist.The optical access network acts as a bridge connecting users and the core network,providing a higher-speed,larger-capacity,more economical,and wider-coverage way to increase the network bandwidth of the existing system,when faced with the rapid growth of P2 P multi-service traffic and take up as much bandwidth as possible.As the most promising centralized control architecture technology,Software Defined Network(SDN)is introduced into the field of optical access network,and it has important practical significance and practical value to carry P2 P multi-services.However,in practical applications,the following challenges are faced: First,in many peer-to-peer file sharing mechanisms,in most cases,the file location is random,and unnecessary data transmission across Internet service providers will occur,thus increasing the bandwidth load on the core network.Second,differentiated P2 P services have differentiated requirements for network bandwidth.The evolution of P2 P video quality requires the network to be able to transmit large amounts of data in a time-sensitive manner.The high-quality demand of this P2 P video streaming service brings additional burdens to the underlying network and distribution infrastructure.Third,the traditional optical access network is a control structure,and the ability to open network control and management to third parties is weak,making it difficult to meet the needs of P2 P services for network openness.Aiming at the problem of P2 P service traffic pressure in optical access network,this subject conducts research on optical access network to effectively carry P2 P services based on software-defined network.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Aiming at the strong aggressiveness of network resources in P2 P services,especially file download and sharing traffic,which are regarded as the most bandwidth-consuming services in the world,an enhanced redirection strategy(Enhanced Redirection Strategy for peer to peer services based on optimized MPCP protocol,ERS-MPCP)is proposed.The strategy ERS-MPCP optimizes the MPCP protocol,and directly identifies P2 P local services according to the newly defined logical link identifier,thereby reducing the end-to-end time delay.Based on the logical topology architecture of the EPON system,the related functions of the passive optical network are expanded,and the logical link filtering principle of the OLT and the ONU is designed to realize the overall performance of the entire system.Through the Peer replacement list algorithm rules and localized processing of P2 P file flow data packet transmission control,ISPs can effectively optimize P2 P traffic,make P2 P business traffic redirection more efficient,and relieve the pressure of bandwidth load on the core network.(2)Aiming at the high bandwidth requirements of P2 P video services,which poses new challenges to the allocation of bandwidth resources in the access network,and the traditional access network control structure cannot meet the needs of centralized control and management of open networks,a P2 P video stream local awareness architecture P2 P SD-PON based on software-defined network PON architecture is proposed.This architecture decouples upper-layer control functions from physical devices,effectively adapting to the problem of network bandwidth consumption caused by gradually dispersed,dynamic,and sudden network demands.In addition,a local application-aware dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm(Locality-Aware Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation,LADBA)is adopted to carry out more comprehensive dynamic and flexible control to achieve optimal bandwidth allocation for different services.This architecture realizes the redirection of peer-to-peer flow requests within the same PON network,localizes internal traffic,and has better network performance in terms of throughput,P2 P latency,and bandwidth consumption such as point-to-link utilization.Therefore,the bandwidth requirement is reduced,and the huge traffic caused by the P2 P service in the core network is alleviated.There are 32 figures,3 tables and 95 references. |
