| With the continuous development of modern military technology,the demand for the integration and reliability of military weapons and equipment is becoming higher and higher,which leads to the increasingly complex electromagnetic environment inside the system-level equipment.What follows is that the internal electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)problem has increasingly become the main factor affecting the working stability of equipment.THz power module(TPM)is a high-frequency power amplifier.In this paper,the electromagnetic compatibility of the internal electromagnetic environment of TPM is analyzed,and a special simulation software for electromagnetic compatibility of TPM is preliminarily realized.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Study on the internal conduction interference and radiation interference of TPM.The generation mechanism and conduction path of conduction interference in the module are analyzed.The results show that the interference sources are mainly concentrated in the rectifier circuit of the Electronic Power Conditioner,the circuit of the power switch tube and the high frequency transformer.Compared with the differential mode interference,the common mode interference has a greater impact on the module.The internal radiation interference model of TPM is established,and the electric field distribution and magnetic field distribution under internal electromagnetic interference(EMI)of TPM are obtained.2.Research on electromagnetic interference suppression of TPM.The chassis model of TPM is established,and the resonance characteristics of the TPM shielding cavity,the factors affecting the shielding effectiveness and the ground current distribution on the shell surface are simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the working frequency of the module,the distribution position of the internal sensitive device and the size and shape of the hole slot on the box affect the shielding effectiveness of the box.The results show that the shielding effectiveness is the best when the polarization direction of the internal interference source in the module is perpendicular to the opposite plane of the layout direction of the internal cable.The ground current is concentrated in the edge angle and hole slot distribution of the casing.The factors that affect the crosstalk between cables are modeled and analyzed.The simulation results show that the shielding of coaxial lines,the increase of cable spacing,the decrease of distance from ground height and signal variation will suppress crosstalk.3.Design and implementation of TPM-EMC simulation platform.Using C#language and VBA macro language,the commercial electromagnetic simulation software is controlled and secondary developed.Taking the view layer-control layer-module layer architecture as the basic framework of the whole platform,a TPM-EMC simulation platform for analyzing the electromagnetic compatibility of TPM is built.The effectiveness of the main functions of the platform is verified by TPM radiation interference simulation analysis. |
