The relationship between the Satellite Internet and the 5th Generation Mobile Communication System(5G)is complementary.Satellite link bandwidth resources are limited and cannot carry computing and processing capabilities on the edge side.5G cannot cover remote areas. The integration of satellite-to-ground networks can promote 5G’s global coverage and promote the sharing of satellite resources and terrestrial resources. This paper mainly focuses on the converged network of satellite and 5G.From the perspectives of Mobile Edge Cache(MEC)on the side of base station and the MEC-oriented multicast transmission mechanism, this paper studies how to design the MEC cache system on the base station side and how to optimize the MEC-oriented multicast transmission resource allocation scheme. The result of this paper, firstly realizes the recommendation function of the base station side edge cache of the satellite 5G integrated network, and secondly optimizes the transmission mechanism of the integrated base station,so as to maximize the saving of satellite link bandwidth resources and improve the integration Network transmission efficiency, user data aggregation rate(Aggregate Data Rate,ADR)and user quality of experience(Quality of Experience,QoE).Firstly, for the high orbit communication satellites in the satelliteground converged network, this paper makes full use of the broadcasting characteristics of satellite links and 5G mobile edge cache(MEC)technology to build the integrated satellite-5G ground station with a set of intelligent functions such as 5G backhaul, cache push, and hot video recommendation.Verified by carrying the China Satellite 16 geosynchronous orbit satellite, the intelligent satellite-5G ground station uses the limited bandwidth resources of the satellite link and the 5G mobile edge cache resources to achieve efficient caching and push of the content of the satellite-ground converged network, thereby providing users with low cost Multi-service concurrent support with latency, high reliability and high QoE.Secondly,as part of the 5G access network, the satellite link can supplement the coverage of the terrestrial network. At the same time,it is a promising technology to use the multicast technology of the satellite system to transmit multimedia content. However, the existing multicast resource allocation schemes rarely pay attention to the resource allocation method between multicast groups, that is,how to improve the resource utilization rate among multiple multicast groups, which is an urgent problem to be solved.Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes a novel resource allocation scheme between multiple multicast groups. The scheme is mainly based on pre-allocation and optimal subgroup configuration in a single multicast group for distributed processing, and the resource pre-allocation strategy can be applied for different types of services.Specifically, the scheme proposed in this paper divides resource allocation into two steps:first,pre-allocate resources according to the ideal data rate(ideal data rate,IDR)of the multicast group, and then use the optimal subgroup configuration within each group to improve the data aggregation rate(aggregate data rate,ADR)of all users. Finally, the numerical results show that the proposed algorithm has better performance than the previous algorithms in terms of the average ADR,spectral efficiency, and users satisfaction of all multicast groups users in three common environments, respectively.
