Broadband satellite communication network has broad application prospects and value iin realizing large-scale coverage, high data rate and high reliability of future network.Broadband satellite multimedia multicast plays an important role in Intelligent City construction, region balanced development and Internet of Things communication. At present, the multimedia multicast technology in broadband satellite network faces mainly three challenges:fir-st,the resource scheduling of heterogeneous satellite-to-ground network and the resource management mode lack flexibility leading to the low utilization rate of spectrum resources;second, the resource allocation algorithm of broadband satellite network multicast service is difficult to achieve the balance between fairness and high throughput, and the complexity is generally high;third, network intrusion poses a threat to business security and a systematic security a-chitecture and workflow are needed. This work is supported in part by National Science and Technology Major Project and National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)Project. In view of the above three challenges, based on the software defined broadband satellite-ground hybrid network and wireless cooperative spectrum sensing architecture a resource allocation algorithm and a security mechanism for broadband satellite network multimedia services are proposed. The innovations are as follows.1.Aiming at the problem of lack of flexibility in resource scheduling and management mode in existing satellite-to-ground network,a broadband satellite-to-ground hybrid network architecture with software definition characteristic and a wireless cooperative spectrum sensing architecture in satellite-to-ground hybrid network are proposed. The architectures realize the flexible management and scheduling of resources, and also is the foundation of resource allocation algorithm and security delivery mechanism.2.Aiming at the problem that the resource allocation algorithms for multicast services in broadband satellite networks are difficult to achieve the balance between fairness and high throughput but with a high complexity,a resource allocation algorithm based on service rate constraints for broadband satellite network multimedia services is proposed. The fairness index of Jain's can reach 0.75-0.9,the average throughput of 100,350 and 600 users can reach 7500 kbit/s with 30 resource blocks, and the complexity of algorithm is O(n-1).3.Aiming at the security intrusion problem faced by the space communication network, this paper proposes a multimedia service security mechanism for broadband satellite networks. The mechanism changes the direct communication mode between high-throughput satellites and ground users by introducing LEO satellites as the security layer.Based on this architecture,a broadband satellite network multimedia service intrusion detecting process is proposed. This intrusion detecting mechanism can maintain the load balance of key communication nodes after malicious user's appearence.
