In today’s increasingly complex social security situation,strengthening the security of personal identity information and improving the efficiency of personal identity recognition has gradually become a key topic that has attracted worldwide attention.Therefore,verifying the legitimacy and authenticity of the user’s identity has become one of the urgent problems to be solved by the identity authentication system.Compared with traditional identity authentication technology,biometric identification technology has higher accuracy,security,stability and convenience,and is inherently unique and difficult to replicate.At present,biometric identification technology has replaced traditional identity authentication technology as the most secure and extensive technology in various identification applications.Based on the functional requirements of the unified identity authentication platform,firstly,this thesis analyzed the development status and types of identity authentication technology and compared several biometric identification technologies from the perspectives of universality,ease of collection,and accuracy.Then,this thesis chose finger vein recognition and face recognition as the authentication means of the identity authentication platform.Secondly,this thesis made the overall design of the platform.The system was divided into three parts:Android application client,unified identity authentication server and database.Android application client is used to assist the third-party application system to complete user information collection and registration and visual interface management.Information collection and registration can only be carried out after the user’s identity verification is passed.The interface management includes functions such as user management,blacklist management,collection and authentication mode settings,authentication records,communication settings.Then,the collected user information and biometric data are sent to the server through communication with the server.The application server receives third-party application system requirements and provides a standard and unified identity authentication interface and management interface.The application server schedules access to the authentication server to meet the finger vein authentication requirements of the thirdparty application system.Finally,the design and implementation of each module of the unified identity authentication platform with finger vein recognition and face recognition as the core was described in detail.The unified identity authentication platform was tested strictly by the test case table and this thesis proposed the direction of further improvement and optimization.
