As "Made in China 2025" comprehensively promotes the implementation of the strategy of manufacturing power,the industrial Internet is becoming an indispensable part of the industrial field.Industrial Internet mainly reads IO data of programmable logic controller and converts it into network protocol data and uploads it to cloud platform.However,the current many industrial equipment communication interfaces are not unified,unknown and with various industrial protocols,different data formats,and other problems,it is difficult to realize the interconnection of information,seriously hindering the further development of the industrial Internet.This thesis focuses on the industrial Internet’s protocol detection and recognition problems,especially the research on unknown protocol recognition technology.The specific research work is as follows:To solve the problem of unknown industrial protocols and interference signal detection,this thesis proposes a detection and recognition method of unknown protocol packets and interference signals based on an improved DBSCAN algorithm.The average screening accuracy of unknown protocols encoded in binary and ASCII reaches 94.68% and 95.16%,respectively.The average screening accuracy of binary and ASCII protocols is 94.24% and94.08%,respectively.The filter and recognition of industrial protocol messages are realized.To solve the problem of various industrial communication protocols,this thesis proposes a method of recognition of known industrial protocols oriented to the data flow.Based on the decision tree algorithm and ANN neural network algorithm,the average recognition accuracy of known industrial protocols encoded in binary and ASCII reaches 99.72% and97.19% respectively.It can effectively identify industrial protocol packets based on binary code and ASCII code and realize high performance and high accuracy protocol identification and classification for PROTOCOL families such as MC,S7,PROFIBUS,and Hotlink,MODBUS,DF-1,and dozens of sub-protocols in each protocol family.Given the disunity of industrial equipment communication interfaces,this thesis designs industrial equipment hardware and software access module and establishes an industrial Internet platform access system.Combined with the independent intellectual property industrial access gateway and Micro Things industrial Internet platform,Realize the high reliability and high concurrent access of PHYSICAL layers interface standard PLC equipment such as RS485,RS232,RS422,and RJ45.To sum up,this thesis focuses on detecting and identifying unknown/known protocols and multi-source device access in the process of industrial equipment access.The proposed industrial Internet protocol identification method helps solve the technical difficulties in the field of domestic industrial Internet access and provides independent and controllable technical support for the rapid development of China’s industrial Internet.
