Research On Kwai Tech Profit Model

In recent years,with the rapid development of mobile intelligent terminal equipment and Internet technology in China,the short video industry also rises and is rapidly supported by the public.At present,a variety of short video software has been widely used in government affairs,entertainment,shopping,and other fields,attracting many users,and the short video industry has increasingly attracted the attention of capital and manufacturers.At present,China has more than 50 short video enterprises,and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,which also brings great challenges to the development of short video enterprises,especially puts forward higher requirements for the optimization of their own profit model.If short video enterprises want to stand out in the fierce competition,they must have a clear understanding of their own business status,establish a profit model that can not only meet the requirements of market development and changes,but also adapt to their own specific conditions,and constantly improve the value creation ability of enterprises.Therefore,how to establish a scientific profit model has become the core issue that short video enterprises should pay most attention to.Kwai tech has been the first listed company in China’s short video industry,and its profit and financial situation has attracted much attention.In recent years,the rapid loss of its financial data has been a hot topic.Therefore,this paper obtains the data of Kuai tech related data through network information collection and literature retrieval.By using literature analysis,case analysis,quantitative analysis and comparative analysis,the paper studies the profit mode of Kwai technology.In the specific analysis of profit pattern,this paper first introduces Kwai tech overview and development process and introduces the Potter five force model to analyze the competitive situation of its industry.Secondly,this paper analyzes the profit mode of Kwai tech from five elements of profit mode and comb the development process of quick technology profit mode according to the business sector.Finally,we analyze the profitability of Kwai tech from the perspective of financial indicators and combine quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis.After carrying out the above research,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the Kwai tech profit model and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies.This study intends to find out Kwai tech’s problems by specific and put forward specific suggestions to provide useful reference for the improvement and sustainable development of our short video business’ s profit model.
