| SMT(Surface Mounted Technology)is the key technology in the field of electronic manufacturing.In the traditional production process,there are many urgent manufacturing problems such as production chaos and low production efficiency.With the development of manufacturing industry,a new manufacturing way "cloud manufacturing" has been widely mentioned.Cloud manufacturing can solve many problems in SMT production process through the latest information technology such as "cloud computing" and "cloud storage".This paper investigated the production process of COMPANY A and designed a personalized cloud manufacturing platform to help enterprises realize resource virtualization.In the physical perception layer,this paper analyzes the examples from the production end,the assembly end and the mechanical data acquisition end.For the assembly end,this paper gives a scheme to match the information between feeder data and material data by RFID technology;At the production end,the transformation of coordinate data in the production process is analyzed in detail.This paper also elaborates the transformation process of different coordinate systems and the calculation method of coordinate deflection Angle.At the mechanical end,this paper takes the acquisition process of Z axis height data as an example to elaborate the virtualization of SMT mechanical data.This paper also presents a distributed storage scheme to solve the problem that production data will become bigger and bigger with the increase of production efficiency.The distributed storage scheme given in this paper can solve this problem well.Finally,this paper gives a data prediction solution for the order task scheduling problem in the process of task switching based on the above engineering foundation.The scheme effectively solves the problem of order insertion disturbance in production based on the improved quantum genetic algorithm(QGA)with historical information,... |
