Research On Knowledge Discovery Of Cultural Relics Resources In Collections Based On Knowledge Graph

With the development of the Internet age,a large number of information resources have been generated in the organization and management of collections of cultural relics.At the same time,the different types of data structures and diverse data sources of cultural relics in the collection have increased the difficulty of the organization,management,and development of cultural relics in the collection.The complex characteristics of the content and relationship of cultural relics in the collections make it increasingly difficult for cultural relics protection agencies to meet the increasing knowledge needs of users for cultural relics in the collections.The knowledge graph is based on knowledge units,and expresses the complex entity relationships of cultural relics in the form of triples,which can provide feasible methods for content management,semantic linking,and knowledge query of cultural relics in the collection.Therefore,this paper takes the knowledge discovery of cultural relics in collections as the research theme,and proposes a knowledge discovery model of cultural relics in collections based on knowledge graphs to provide theoretical and technical support for the value development and knowledge services of cultural relics in collections.This article first systematically sorts out the research status of knowledge graphs,cultural relics resources and knowledge discovery at home and abroad,and summarize and explain in detail the concepts,processes,and technical methods related to knowledge graphs,knowledge extraction,and knowledge discovery involved in this research.Secondly,it explores the entities,attributes and entity relationships of cultural relics information resources in the collection,and conducts detailed research on knowledge extraction and storage for cultural relics in the collections.Then,on the basis of analyzing the needs for knowledge discovery of cultural relics in collections,and clarifying the entities and relationships between the collections of cultural relics,a knowledge discovery model of cultural relics in collections based on the knowledge graph is proposed.The model is divided into data collection layer,knowledge extraction layer,and fusion storage layer.,Service application layer.Finally,take the jade cultural relics information resources in the collection as an example,conduct empirical research,build a knowledge map of the jade cultural relics in the collection under the framework of the graph database Neo4j,and use the knowledge discovery tools such as Cypher,ECharts,PowerBI to search and query the knowledge content,Statistical analysis verifies the feasibility of the constructed model.The research results show that the knowledge discovery model of cultural relics resources based on the knowledge map can effectively meet the needs of semantic query,attribute linking and statistical analysis of a variety of cultural relics information resources under the digital background.And through the conceptualization,nodeization,and visualization of the cultural relics resources in the collection,it promotes the value development,dissemination and utilization of historical and cultural knowledge.
