| Based on the study of the New Curriculum Standard and the existing literature research,this paper designs a teaching model to improve the effectiveness of junior high school mathematics teaching under the guidance of core literacy.It applies the teaching model to probability teaching,tests and corrects the effectiveness of the teaching model through classroom observation,evaluation scale and homework feedback.The specific research process is as follows.First of all,the core words "core literacy","teaching effectiveness" and "mathematical probability teaching" are defined by consulting the literature,and the research status of teaching effectiveness at home and abroad is analyzed to lay the foundation for the proposed teaching model.Secondly,based on the existing research experience,we will deeply understand the current situation and strategies of probability teaching.By reviewing the literature and materials,the paper summarizes the shortcomings and improvement measures of the probability teaching of junior high school teachers in China,and designs an interview outline based on this to more accurately understand the teaching status of the teachers in the author’s school,summarize the elements that affect the effectiveness of teaching,and promote the generation of teaching models.Thirdly,according to the existing research experience of teaching effectiveness and the shortcomings in probability teaching,the author puts forward a teaching model to improve the effectiveness of probability teaching under the guidance of core literacy:determine the teaching objectives of core literacy orientation,design teaching content that reflects structural characteristics,implement teaching activities that promote students’ development,explore the evaluation of motivating teaching and improving teaching.Then,the two sections of "estimating probability with frequency" and "synthesis and practice" in the second volume of the ninth grade math textbook "Random Events" of the Shanghai Science Edition are selected to design and implement the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching activities and teaching evaluation according to the teaching model,and the teaching effectiveness is evaluated through classroom observation,evaluation mechanism and homework feedback.Finally,based on students’ homework feedback and self-evaluation,it is determined that the model has indeed played a role in improving teaching effectiveness.Based on the comparison of homework accuracy between the control class and the experimental class,it was found that students are better at handling basic questions.When students need to analyze and process information in the questions,they do not know where to start.Explaining that students have weak analytical and problem-solving(reasoning and application)abilities,combined with the evaluation given by the visiting teacher that "teaching pace is fast and teachers are more dominant",the following adjustments need to be made in teaching: designing effective teaching activities,conducting effective teaching communication,and providing effective classroom evaluation.Only through effective teaching activities,evaluation,and communication can teaching objectives be focused and truly effective teaching be achieved,achieving the ultimate goal of cultivating core competencies. |
