With the new curriculum further reform,China's education has come out unprecedented changes and progress,and as one of the main subjects,mathematics has always been a popular topic that people concern about.Mathematics is not only the foundation of other subjects,but also the core of many fields.Therefore,mathematics as an important basic subject in high school,how to carry on effective teaching has become the key.The “effective teaching” is that teachers and students can acquire the best teaching effect within the limited class time in the teaching process.The good teaching effect not only refers to the students' good grades,but learners should have the necessary character and key ability to adapt to the needs of lifelong development and social development.Core literacy is a standard to measure whether teaching is effective,and effective teaching is an important way to achieve the former.So,core literacy and effective teaching complement each other.The concept of core literacy has brought the attention of most teachers,which plays a crucial role in training students' integrated development.But there are still many problems in the actual teaching.Because of the low teaching efficiency,the students' ability and personality has been not developed enough.Therefore,as a qualified good teacher,if we want to build effective teaching,we should firmly size the basic learning conditions of students.We must take full advantage of all positive factors,with the purpose of training students' mathematics core literacy to design the teaching goal and make teaching activities plans,that to improve the students' comprehensive ability,finally realizes the high school mathematics effective teaching.Therefore,this paper has researched effective teaching from the perspective of core literacy.At the same time,it also has theoretical and practical significance.First of all,this paper summarizes and sorts out domestic and abroad the research results by reading a large number of literature.Based on the characteristics of mathematics discipline and objective teaching rules,this paper puts forward the research background,research purpose,research significance,research methods and research ideas.Secondly,using literature method,questionnaire survey,interview method,observation method to the current effective teaching status quo of the investigation and research.Through the research,it is found that the main problems in the current classroom teaching.Students' attitude is not active and lack of initiative in the learning process.Classroom teaching is still based on traditional teaching mode.Students have a short concentration time in class.The interaction between teachers and students is not obvious;students lack learning strategies.Teachers pay too much attention to scores and tend to cultivate students' ability to solve problems.The utilization rate of multimedia is not reasonable in classroom teaching.Through the preliminary improvement of teaching methods to design teaching cases,and then through the observation of the actual cases put forward based on the core quality of high school mathematics effective teaching strategies.Improve students' interest in learning mathematics,let mathematics go into life.Emphasis on cooperative inquiry to enhance students' subjective initiative in learning mathematics.Teachers improve their own comprehensive quality from multi-aspects to improve students' sense of classroom participation.Teachers should establish their own personality charm and establish harmonious teacher-student relationship in communication.Raise the effective knowledge content in the classroom,train the student to study mathematics strategy.Cultivate students' thinking ability by one and one question.Rational use of multimedia assisted teaching.
