| Homework design is one of the important links in teaching,completing homework is one of the ways for students to learn independently,and marking homework is also the basis for teachers’ teaching evaluation.With the proposal of the goal of chemical core literacy training and the gradual implementation of the "ease the burden of excessive homework and off-campus tutoring for students undergoing compulsory education" policy,homework optimization has become the focus of attention,in order to reduce the burden of students and cultivate talents with core literacy ability,the form and content of homework urgently need to be improved,and the homework design can only be coordinated at the height of a large unit,reduce the burden and improve the quality.The overall operation design and implementation from the perspective of large units requires systematic thinking of large unit goals,situations,tasks,activities,evaluations,assignments,resources,and do a good job in handling the interrelationships between homework and objectives,teaching,and evaluation,and jointly play the synergy between homework,teaching,and evaluation.Firstly,the literature research method is applied to analyze the current research status of chemistry core literacy and large unit teaching and homework design,and clarify the conceptual definition and theoretical basis of large unit homework.Secondly,the design and implementation status of high school chemistry homework was investigated and analyzed by questionnaire survey method,taking high school chemistry teachers and students in the internship school as the research and investigation subjects,and the results showed that the homework function was biased towards grade improvement,the homework source was single,the homework type was limited to routine exercises,and the homework design lacked hierarchical awareness.By analyzing the above problems to provide the direction for the design of large-unit homework,taking the perspective of large-unit curriculum as the logical starting point,taking the cultivation of core literacy of the discipline as the basic orientation,and improving the quality of homework and enriching students’ chemistry learning experience as the main starting point,this study puts forward the design principles and operation mode of large unit chemical homework,according to which the design and practice of large unit homework of "Redox Reaction" and "Iron and Its Compounds" are carried out,the feasibility of their theoretical framework is tested,and the implementation effect is evaluated.The following conclusions are drawn:First,the design principles and operation modes of large unit homework constructed in this study are feasible,meet the requirements of curriculum standards and the laws of students’ physical and mental development,and can provide theoretical guidance for the design of high school chemistry homework.Second,the analysis of the implementation results of large-unit homework proves that its design is effective,which has a certain effect on students’ academic performance,learning interest cultivation,and comprehensive ability improvement.Third,the design of large unit homework not only helps students transfer and apply knowledge and implement students’ core literacy,but also cultivates teachers’ overall grasp and system design ability of high school chemistry courses,and finally achieves the purpose of improving the quality of education. |
