Research objectives: In recent years,the decline in the physical fitness level of adolescent students has become a major focus of the society,and improving the physical fitness of adolescents is imminent.From the perspective of sports training methods,this paper analyzes the different effects of high intensity interval training method and medium intensity continuous training method on the physical fitness of adolescents,so as to provide a strong basis for further promoting high intensity interval training method in middle schools.Effectively improve the physical quality of students.Research methods: Literature,experiment,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods were adopted.Through searching related literature research and expert consultation,this paper provides theoretical support for promoting high intensity interval training method(HIIT)in schools.Through the experimental method,40 male and female students in Grade three were selected as experimental samples,and the experimental monitoring was conducted for eight weeks.Mathematical statistics were used to systematically sort out the experimental data tested,and statistical analysis was conducted on the experimental data before and after the intervention.Results: In terms of improving the cardiopulmonary function of junior middle school students,the vital capacity of male and female,the performance of 1000 m running of male and 800 m running of female in HIIT group was significantly improved(P<O.05).HIIT training method was superior to MICT in improving the cardiopulmonary function of adolescent students.(2)In terms of improving the speed quality of junior middle school students,the 50 m running performance of male and female students in HIIT group has been significantly improved(P<O.05).HIIT training method is better than MICT in improving the speed quality of young students.There were significant differences between HIIT and MICT in improving the one-minute rope skipping performance of male and female students.(3)In terms of enhancing the strength quality of junior middle school students,HIIT group had significant effects on improving the performance of pull-up of boys and sit-ups of girls.There was no significant difference between HIIT and MICT in the standing long jump performance of male and female students(p>0.05).(4)There was no significant difference between HIIT and MICT in improving the flexibility quality of junior middle school students.(5)In improving the body composition of junior middle school students,HIIT group had significant effect on reducing birth weight of male and female P< O.05;There was no significant difference between HIIT and MICT in improving BMI of male and female students(p>0.05).Conclusion: It is feasible to popularize high intensity interval training in middle school.Both HIIT and MICT can significantly improve the physical quality of students in high school entrance examination.Compared with the traditional medium intensity training method,high intensity interval training has a more significant effect on the physical quality of students in high school entrance examination.
