Teachers’ ethics and style is the first standard to evaluate teachers’ quality.To improve teachers’ quality and build high quality teachers,the construction of teachers’ ethics and style is an important issue.In recent years,with the continuous development of the information age,the problems of some teachers’ ethics and styles have gradually been exposed by the society and caused a stir.Teachers’ deviant behavior is not only the problem of teachers themselves,but also has an adverse impact on students,schools and society.Physical education teachers,in addition to teaching students basic physical education knowledge and sports skills,It is also necessary to use reasonable physical means to promote the normal physical and mental health development of students.According to the new curriculum standard,the curriculum of physical education and health needs to pay attention to the cultivation of students’ core qualities,including sports ability,health behavior and sports morality,so the various behaviors of physical education teachers will leave a deep impression on students and influence their psychological state in a subtle way.However,in reality,the situation of PE teachers’ improper behavior still exists,which needs to be prevented and controlled in time.Therefore,this study takes the behavioral anomie control of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools as the research object,and mainly investigates and analyzes the situation of behavioral anomie of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools by using literature method,investigation method,observation method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method.The general situation of physical education teachers’ behavior anomie is not serious,but the individual difference of physical education teachers in emotional behavior anomie type is large.There are differences between male and female physical education teachers in affective,objective-oriented and traditional behavior anomie.Physical education teachers of different ages have differences in the two dimensions of goal-oriented and traditional behavior anomie.Physical education teachers in public and private schools have differences in two dimensions of value orientation and traditional behavior anomie.There was no difference in PE teachers’ behavior anomie in different regions and different teaching stages.The adverse effects of physical education teachers’ behavior anomie are reflected in the following aspects: The adverse effect on the implementation of fair and just education,the formation of harmonious social relations,the realization of physical education task,the formation of a good classroom atmosphere,the promotion of students’ healthy growth,the stimulation of students’ interest in learning,the establishment of a correct and excellent example.According to the survey results,the causes of PE teachers’ behavior anomie are inferred: Physical education teachers have insufficient understanding of teacher ethics,weak legal awareness,lagging laws related to rights and interests protection,conservative teaching concept,insufficient teaching ability of physical education,imperfect school management mechanism,limited career development,unsatisfactory social status,dysfunctional interpersonal relationship development,low comprehensive quality,lack of professional enthusiasm,and excessive pressure of physical education.The impact of pluralistic values in society and the influence of bad public opinion.According to the causes of PE teachers’ behavior anomie,the control countermeasures are put forward: Strengthen the education of PE teachers’ ethics,improve the comprehensive quality of PE teachers,strengthen related publicity and education of the rule of law,improve the legal concept of PE teachers and students,update and transform the idea of PE education,seize the opportunity of curriculum reform,accelerate the institutionalization of the management of PE teachers in schools,guarantee the professional development of PE teachers,and optimize the living environment of PE teachers.Eliminate the misunderstanding of PE teachers,relieve the professional pressure of PE teachers,guarantee the normal development of PE teaching,improve the economic income of PE teachers,and strengthen the management of social media.
