Since the 21 st century,HIIT has been popular all over the world as a short and efficient practice.It is economical,time-saving and efficient,entertaining,interesting,safe and acceptable,and has a significant effect on the development of people’s strength,endurance,flexibility and other physical qualities.Vocational physical courses in higher vocational colleges are to ensure the physical ability required by the society to cultivate high-quality technical talents.Because of the nature of their work,the students of computer majors need to maintain a sedentary posture for a long time,causing pain symptoms in the head,neck,abdomen and waist,which is not conducive to the students of computer majors to maintain an efficient study and work state.Therefore,this study integrates HIIT into the vocational physical courses of higher vocational colleges to explore the teaching effect of HIIT teaching mode on the vocational physical courses of computer students,in order to guarantee the physical abilities required by the future career development of computer students.The research methods include literature,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.Through searching related literature research and expert consultation,this paper provides theoretical support for promoting the teaching mode of HIIT in higher vocational colleges.Through the experimental method,40 students majoring in computer science were selected as experimental samples,and the experimental monitoring was conducted for eight weeks.Mathematical statistics were used to sort out the experimental data,and the experimental data before and after the intervention were statistically analyzed.By comparing the strength quality,endurance quality and flexibility quality of the computer majors before and after the experiment,this paper discusses the influence of HIIT teaching mode on the vocational physical courses of computer majors in higher vocational colleges.Results:(1)After the teaching experiment,the strength quality of computer students in the control group and the experimental group was significantly different in sit-up(P = 0.025 < 0.05)and prone(P = 0.048 < 0.05).Before and after the teaching experiment,the strength and quality of computer students in the control group and the experimental group were significantly different in sit-up(P = 0.021 < 0.05)and prone(P = 0.024 < 0.05).(2)After the teaching experiment,the endurance quality of computer students in the control group and the experimental group in the vocational physical courses was significantly different(P = 0.005 < 0.01).Before and after the teaching experiment,the endurance quality of computer students in the control group and the experimental group in the vocational physical courses was significantly different in the time of leg lifting about 35cm(P = 0.009 < 0.01).(3)After the teaching experiment,there were significant differences in the scores of MPQ-total PRI(P = 0.039 < 0.05),MPQ-PRI sensory items(P = 0.034 < 0.05),MPQ-PRI emotional items,MPQ-VAS and MPQ-P in the flexibility quality of computer majors between the control group and the experimental group There was no significant difference in PI score,significant difference in pain VAS score(P = 0.040 < 0.05)and significant difference in seated flexor score(P = 0.036 < 0.05).There was a significant difference in MPQ-total PRI(P= 0.016 < 0.05)score between the control group and the experimental group in terms of flexibility quality in vocational physical courses.MPQ-PRI sensory items(P = 0.02< 0.05)had significant differences.MPQ-PRI affective item,MPQ-VAS and MPQ-PPI scores were not significantly different.There were significant differences in pain VAS score(P = 0.01 < 0.05)and seated flexion score(P = 0.044 < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Before and after HIIT was integrated into vocational physical education course teaching experiment,the strength quality of computer majors in the control group and the experimental group had significant changes.The strength quality of computer majors in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of computer majors in the control group.(2)Before and after HIIT was integrated into the vocational physical education course teaching experiment,there was a significant change in the endurance quality of computer majors in the control group and the experimental group.The experimental group of computer majors in the endurance quality of about 35 cm of the timing scores were significantly higher than the control group of computer majors.(3)The MPQ-total PRI,MPQ-PRI sensory items,pain VAS scores and sat forward bending scores of computer majors in control group and experimental group were significantly higher than those of computer majors in control group before and after HIIT was integrated into vocational physical education course.MPQ-PRI affective items,MPQ-VAS and MPQ-PPI scores were not significant.
