The course of Physical Education and Health is the main way to promote primary and secondary school students to actively participate in physical education.In recent years,adhering to the education orientation of physical education curriculum and innovating physical education teaching methods have been the focus of research in physical education at the compulsory education stage,and the practical demand of quality education teaching.The rapid development of Internet technology ushers in new opportunities for innovative sports teaching methods.Active acquisition of knowledge is a new requirement for students to learn in the information age.Teachers should not only impart knowledge,but also pay attention to the reform and update of teaching methods,optimize teaching content,and stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm and help students better and faster understand and master knowledge and skills on the premise of meeting students’ learning needs.The traditional teaching methods of physical education can not meet the needs of stimulating students’ enthusiasm for learning.Innovation in teaching methods to improve students’ enthusiasm for physical education learning is the focus of attention in current physical education teaching.The teaching method of flipped learning emphasizes supporting students’ independent learning and actively exploring learning activities and opportunities.This study is aimed at volleyball teaching in junior high school.On the premise of following the three stages of flipped learning: before,during and after class,the focus is on how to design learning activities that can improve students’ learning status in class.In this study,two classes of students in Grade one were selected as experimental objects in the school where the education practice took place.After 12 weeks of teaching practice,the following results were obtained:(1)There is no significant difference in physical fitness of students before and after the experiment when flip learning is applied in junior high school volleyball teaching.(2)The application of flip learning in junior high school volleyball teaching results in significant differences in students’ basic volleyball skills before and after the experiment.(3)The application of flip learning in junior high school volleyball teaching has a significant difference in students’ independent learning ability in sports before and after the experiment.(4)When flipped learning is applied in junior high school volleyball teaching,there is a significant difference in students’ interest in sports learning before and after the experiment.After 12 weeks of teaching practice,it is found that it is feasible to apply flip learning in junior high school volleyball teaching.By broadening students’ learning time and space,increasing the effective communication between teachers and students in class,changing the traditional classroom appearance,and maintaining the classroom learning atmosphere,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Flipped learning has practical operability and reality in junior high school volleyball teaching.(2)Flipped learning is applied in volleyball teaching in junior high school.By providing students with flexible learning environment,actively creating student-centered learning atmosphere in class,attaching importance to students’ dominant position in class,and elaborately designing classroom content and various learning activities,students can improve the level of mastering basic sports skills and promote students’ independent learning in sports.Enhance students’ interest in sports learning.
