| Purpose: The study is to explore the effect of aerobic exercise with small equipment on the physiological function of menopausal women,analyze the reasons for this result,enrich the sports methods of menopausal women and provide scientific theoretical guidance for women’s leisure fitness and sports training during menopause in the future.Objective: In this study,27 menopausal women(aged 45 to 55)from large communities such as Nanguan District and Chaoyang District of Changchun City,who had passed the improved "kupperman scale.",were selected as the subjects.According to the physical and mental characteristics of menopausal women,the exercise physiology teacher perfectly combined the elastic rope with resistance training and aerobic exercise to create aerobic exercise which is a favorite small equipment for menopausal women.The subjects regularly completed exercise interventions of 60 min each time,three times a week for a total of 12 weeks in accordance with the exercise prescription.During the exercise intervention,the subject’s heart rate was monitored in time to ensure that each subject exercise safely and effectively.The body shape,body composition,physical fitness,function,bone density,and balance ability of menopausal women were measured before and after exercise intervention.The two test results were conducted paired sample T test,and the test results were analyzed and discussed.Results: After 12 weeks of regular exercise intervention,the body weight and BMI of the subjects decreased by 0.97 kg and 0.37 kg / m2,compared with before the experiment,and there were significant differences(P <0.05);In terms of body composition,the body fat mass was reduced by 0.77 kg,and the muscle mass in all parts of the body was increased,and all had significant differences(P <0.05);In terms of physical fitness and function,the vital capacity increased by 202.27 ml,and there was a significant difference(P <0.05).The seat forward flexion value increased by 0.26 cm,but there was no significant difference compared with before the experiment(P> 0.05);In terms of bone density,the OI value,T value,and Z value were all improved,but there were no significant differences(P> 0.05);The response time in terms of balance ability was reduced by 0.53 sec,and of the movement speed,extreme position,and direction control were increased by 0.38 deg / sec,2.18%,and 2.03%,and all had significant differences(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the control of weight holding balance and the movement rhythm of the center of gravity(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.Using the resistance and elasticity of the elastic rope to assist menopausal women in aerobic exercise,combining the elastic rope with aerobic exercise not only enriches the content and form of resistance exercise,but also adds aerobic equipment Interest and diversity in the aerobics intervention process.2.Follow the principles of pertinence,safety and effectiveness for 12 weeks of small equipment aerobic exercise intervention to reduce the body weight,measurements,and skinfold thickness;Physical fitness have improved significantly,which indicate that regular exercise for a long time can increase the body’s consumption,reduce fat accumulation,and promote the body’s own metabolic capacity.3.Menopausal women after 12 weeks of small equipment aerobic exercise interventions,the rate of decline in bone density gradually slows down and there is a tendency to increase slowly;Through the resistance of the elastic band rope to assist the menopausal women’s exercise of balance during exercise intervention,and the body’s balanced capacity is effectively improved. |
