| Both ideological and political education and community in higher education belong to frequently discussed topics in academic theory and practice.Standing on the theoretical background of the new era and the strategic height of "two overall situations",we should explore the ways to improve the quality and efficiency of ideological and political education in colleges and to achieve innovatives development.The move towards community is an inevitable choice that meets the inherent value pursuit of ideological and political education in colleges and the practical requirements of the concept of "Great Thinking and Politics".How to build a community of ideological and political education in higher education has become a must-attack for universities to fully implement the fundamental task of "establishing morality and cultivating people".According to the logical context of "raising the problem-analyzing the problem-solving the problem",the research constructs the main framework of the thesis and discusses the main contents of the proposition from the three aspects of "to be,what to be and how to be" :The first section is the theoretical connotatins and focus on elaborating the "natural connotation" of ideological and political education community in colleges.On the basis of explaining the internal relationship between "university ideological and political education" and "community",this paper makes a theoretical distinction between the similar concepts of "education community" and "ideological and political education community in higher education" and puts forward that the community of college ideological and political education,as a composite overall concept,includes four basic elements of "subject,goal,intermediary and environment",and is specifically manifested in five forms: "teacher and student community with mutual recognition of subject identity","moral education community with consistent value goals","management community with shared moral responsibility","ecological community with mutual symbiosis of environment" and "practical community with collective action coordination".The second section is the actuality predicament.This paper systematically discusses the "actual situation" of the ideological and political education community in universities,taking the achievements achieved,existing problems and their causes as the narrative structure and centering on the four essential elements of the college ideological and political education community: subject,value,system and field.Based on the true state of the "co-effect" of the community subject symbiosis,value coexistence,system conjugation and field resonance and combined with the data published in official documents and the results of empirical research in recent academic dissertations,this paper focuses on the "subjective dilemma","value dilemma","institutional dilemma" and "field dilemma" faced in the process of community construction.The third section is the construction path.It focuses on the "proper choice" of the construction path of the college ideological and political education community.The four practical dilemmas that hinder the development of community elements in the same direction are mainly broken out from four aspects: building and strengthening the "master capital" to expand the main force,creating a "big classroom" to gather value consensus,expanding the "big pattern" to integrate the system and mechanism,and building a "big platform" to integrate the field resources,so as to promote the transformation of the community from "real" to "should". |
