| The current social demand for social work continues to grow,but the major identity of students majoring in social work is not optimistic.The existing research on social work practice and major identity emphasizes variables over mechanisms,neglects individual subjectivity,and lacks dialectics and reflection.Therefore,this article takes social work interns as the research object and explores the mediation of conflicts in the construction of major identity during professional practice from the perspective of reflexivity,with a view to providing a theoretical perspective for the construction of major identity that focuses on the personal experience of social work interns and reveals their reflective actions and significance,and in practice,by revealing the construction of reflexive major identity,Improve social work students’ correct understanding and identification of social work majors,thereby promoting talent flow from education to practice.This article proposes to conduct research on the construction of major identity of social work interns from three levels: professional knowledge and practical experience,personal emotions and professional ethics,and social structure and individuals.The study found that social work interns have corresponding anxiety feelings at the above three levels during internship,leading to a tense state of their major identity.In response,social work interns have formed strategies to address major identity tensions through three dimensions: obtaining ontological security,rational reflection,and reflective monitoring of actions,and have achieved the reconstruction of major identity. |
