| Purpose:This paper mainly uses water fitness training to improve the health fitness of 11-15 teenagers,The 8-week water fitness training obtained the data of healthy fitness before and after the experiment for analysis and study,which provided theoretical basis for teenagers to choose water fitness training.Research technique:In this paper,60 teenagers aged 11-15 were publicly recruited from Fuzhou No.16 Middle School and Fuzhou Tongpan Middle School as the subjects.Excluding the people with inconsistent physical conditions,through the first test of health fitness related indicators,After screening,48 were identified as subjects,24 of whom were in the experimental group(12 men and female)for 8 weeks(3 times per week)water fitness training,and 24 for the control group(12 males and female)for 8weeks(3 times per week)basic physical training.After the end of the intervention,the subjects in the experimental and control groups were tested for the second time of health fitness related index,and the collected data were sorted out,and finally the data were analyzed statistically.Results:(1)In terms of body fat content,8 weeks of water fitness training can significantly improve the BMI of boys and girls;(2)In terms of cardiovascular fitness,8 weeks of water fitness training effectively improved the 12-minute running performance of boys and girls;(3)In terms of muscle strength,8-week water fitness training improved the left hand grip of boys and girls,but the right hand grip was improved only by boys,not girls;in the standing long jump,both boys and girls improved significantly;(4)In terms of muscle endurance,8 weeks of water fitness training can significantly improve the sit-ups,oblique pull-ups and squats for boys and girls;(5)In terms of flexibility and adaptability,8 weeks of water fitness training can significantly improve the sitting body forward bending performance of boys and girls.Conclusions:(1)8 weeks of water fitness training can effectively improve the young body fat content,cardiovascular fitness,flexibility,and muscle endurance;(2)Water fitness training has some improvement effect on the lower limb strength in teenagers,but it has no obvious improvement effect on the upper limb muscle strength. |
