Graduate education is the highest form of national education to train high-level talents in the future.As an important part of higher education,sports master postgraduate education plays an immeasurable role in cultivating high-quality sports talents,accelerating the development of sports and fitness service industry and promoting the construction of sports industry.The tutor plays a pivotal role in the training of postgraduate students.As the gatekeeper of the training of postgraduate students,the tutor shoulders the mission of cultivating high-quality and high-level sports talents.Therefore,in order to improve the training quality of master students in sports in China,it is necessary to play the guiding role of tutors.This paper uses literature method,investigation method and mathematical statistics method to investigate and analyze the postgraduate students and graduate tutors of four comprehensive universities in Hunan Province.Using MBTI tool to measure the sports master tutor and students personality status,from the MBTI personality type and mentor guidance style,explore the guidance style of sports master’s tutor,and get the characteristics of sports master tutor behavior,analyze the lack of guidance behavior and experience,find out the best guidance style of sports master tutor.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Master tutors and graduate students with different professional backgrounds have their own psychological dimension tendency.The psychological tendency dimensions of tutors are E,S,F and J,and the psychological tendency dimensions of graduate students are E,S,T and J.(2)Main personality types of PE masters with different professional backgrounds: INTJ,ESFP,INTP,traditional sports ESFJ,PE training ISFP,and social sports guidance ISTJ.Main personality types of PE students with different majors are ENTJ,ESTJ,ISTJ,ESFJ,ESFJ,I S F P and ISTJ.In the two-way test,it was found that the guidance style of PE tutors with different professional backgrounds is related to the personality type to a certain extent,and the personality type of the same professional tutors is similar to that of graduate students as a whole.(3)There was no significant difference in the guidance style of the PE tutor in the statistical demographic variables.(4)The guidance style of the postgraduate tutor of PE students under different professional backgrounds is not single.And the tutor of the same professional background will have the guidance style characteristics of joint "support-control" in the guidance process.(5)There are four guidance styles of the main personality types of PE masters tutors under different professional backgrounds: high support and high control,high support and low control,low support and high control,low support and low control.(6)There are still the uncertainty of the guidance time,the simplicity of the content,the ambiguity of the guidance quality,the deviation of the guidance responsibility,the guidance ability,strengthening the career support,highlighting the guidance characteristics,improve the guidance performance,improve the two-way selection system,and increase the research investment. |
