A Study On The Implementation Of Class Teaching Of Interest Courses In Primary School

The purpose of the new round of curriculum reform of basic education is to construct a basic education system that meets the requirements of quality education.Subsequently,the Ministry of Education issued the "Opinions on the Implementation of the Academic Performance Test for Ordinary Senior High Schools" in 2014,which clearly proposed the reform of the college entrance examination.Under this background,class-based production emerged as a new form of teaching organization.What is the conditional basis for the innovative interest course teaching carried out by A school? What is the reality?Therefore,on the basis of combing and analyzing the existing literature,the author sorted out the conditions and foundations for implementing interest-based course teaching in schools from five aspects,namely theoretical basis,system establishment,curriculum management,environment creation and teacher training,through questionnaire survey,interview and case study.On this basis,the field survey of the implementation of its classroom teaching,including curriculum setting,two-way course selection,systematic course Arrangement,classroom teaching four sections,and through the case analysis of music class,It is found that in the process of implementing the class-based teaching of interest courses in school A,there is a lack of fairness and scientificity in the selection and stratification of courses,the stratified class-shifting makes the school management more difficult,the stratified teaching increases the burden on teachers,and the whole process has a negative impact on teachers and students.The evaluation lag and so on.In response to these problems,the author has conducted in-depth research and reflection,and proposed that the implementation process should pay more attention to the scientificity and fairness of stratification to protect the enthusiasm of students;establish and improve the management mechanism of class travel to ensure the stability of teaching;strengthen teachers The professional construction of the team,reduce the workload of teachers;promote the reform of the educational evaluation system,and stimulate the enterprising spirit of teachers and students,and also hope to provide some reference for the same type of schools to carry out class teaching.
