The University Culture Education Actual Effect Evaluation Index System Of Building Research

Cultural education in colleges and universities is an important part of personnel training and ideological and political work in colleges and universities.It is of great significance to study and construct a scientific evaluation index system of cultural education in colleges and universities to improve the effect of cultural education in colleges and universities and to promote the quality of education in colleges and universities.In-depth research on the evaluation dimension of index system construction,index content selection and weight determination,etc.,to provide reference for the improvement of university cultural education work.Whether cultural education can improve students’ cultural quality is the key to test the quality and effect of education work.Therefore,this study defines core concepts and theoretical basis through literature review.Based on the connotation,characteristics and practice of cultural education in colleges and universities,it follows the theoretical basis and construction principle of evaluation index system,makes a comprehensive analysis and investigation of dimensions and indicators of the effectiveness of cultural education in colleges and universities.Delphi method is adopted to solicit expert opinions.It has formed an actual evaluation index system of cultural education in colleges and universities,including five first-level indexes and 23 second-level indexes,namely,"Possessing humanistic knowledge","establishing humanistic spirit","correcting humanistic attitude","mastering humanistic methods" and "practicing humanistic behavior".In order to give weight to the actual evaluation index system of cultural education in colleges and universities,an expert scoring questionnaire was issued on the pair comparison judgment matrix of each index.The analytic hierarchy process was adopted to sort out and analyze the expert scoring data and calculate the weight of the internal items of the evaluation index to obtain the weight value of each index in the actual evaluation index system of cultural education in colleges and universities.Finally,A university is selected as A pilot university,and the evaluation index system constructed is applied to investigate and analyze the effectiveness of cultural education in A university,feedback the practical work,and provide a reference for further improvement of the work.The purpose of this research is to put forward the path and standard of enriching the evaluation of cultural education in colleges and universities.The research specifically includes three contents: first,to construct the evaluation index system of the effectiveness of cultural education in colleges and universities;The second is to establish the weight of the actual evaluation index of university cultural education;Thirdly,A university is selected to verify the constructed evaluation index system.Finally,in order to better ensure the effectiveness of the evaluation of cultural education in colleges and universities,to achieve the purpose of promoting construction by evaluation and promoting reform by evaluation,countermeasures are put forward.
