| The adjustment of the national fertility policy has brought about a high demand for kindergarten teachers,but there is a phenomenon of high mobility and low enthusiasm among kindergarten teachers.Research has shown that teachers who receive organizational support in their work can increase their confidence in their competence,generate lasting work interest,and independently reshape their work.In this study,263 kindergarten teachers in A city were selected to analyze the relationship between organizational support,self-efficacy and job remodeling by questionnaire and interview.The conclusion is that the overall sense of organizational support,self-efficacy and job remodeling of kindergarten teachers are above the average level,and there are significant differences in individual demographic variables among the three.There was a significant positive correlation among organizational support,self-efficacy and job remodeling.Organizational support can positively predict self-efficacy and job remodeling,and self-efficacy can positively predict job remodeling.Self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between organizational support and job remodeling.Based on this,the study suggested: in terms of the sense of organizational support,optimize the assessment indicators in the park,establish and improve the incentive system;Pay attention to teachers’ organizational support needs and provide multidimensional organizational support;Create a harmonious and relaxed garden environment to ease the pressure of interpersonal relationships.In terms of self-efficacy,improve their professional quality and accelerate the professional growth of kindergarten teachers;To learn the necessary psychological knowledge and pay attention to the mental health of kindergarten teachers.In the aspect of work remodeling,the distribution according to work,high-quality talents work to gain;Deepen the value of work reshaping,and actively carry out targeted reshaping;Teachers work actively to reshape and give play to individual subjectivity and initiative. |
