With the advent of the era of "wireless network" to every village,the network has basically achieved full coverage in rural areas.The impact of the epidemic and the implementation of online courses have accelerated the process of network use for left-behind junior high school students in rural areas.Undeniably,the network has largely opened the door of rural left-behind junior high school students contact the outside world,broaden its vision,for rural left-behind middle school students and migrant workers parents breakthrough space distance provides face to face communication,but due to the lack of parents guidance and supervision,rural left-behind junior high school students are easy to be based on the big data analysis push attract and addicted network,thus affect its physical health,academic performance,mental health,and even cause safety problems.Therefore,it is urgent to study the network use status and influence of rural left-behind middle school students.This paper uses the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to investigate the network use status and influence of the rural left-behind junior high school students.By comparing the left-behind middle school students and non-left-behind middle school students in X Middle School in Shandong Province where I work,it is found that:1.The network use status of left-behind middle school students in rural areas is worrying.Compared with non-left-behind middle school students,rural left-behind middle school students have longer network use,higher proportion of mobile phones,advanced social attributes,and higher proportion in short video and online games than non-left-behind students;weaker network information identification and personal information protection,and lower network moral literacy.2.Network use will have a certain impact on the physical fitness,academic,mental health and network security of left-behind junior high school students in rural areas.The study found that the length of network use was significantly associated with physical health,academic performance,mental health and network security,and there were significant differences between rural left-behind and non-left-behind middle school students.Specifically,the network use for more than an hour,the longer the network use time,rural middle school students myopia,spinal dysplasia and weight gain physical health problems such as the greater the chance,worse academic performance,cause deformity,values distortion and social psychological problems are higher,encounter personal information leakage,network fraud and security problems such as network bullying is higher.And compared with the non-left-behind junior high school students,the use of the network has a more prominent impact on the rural left-behind junior high school students in the physical health,academic performance,mental health and safety network.In view of the survey results,the author analyzed and summarized the factors affecting the network use of left-behind middle school students in rural areas,and finally puts forward targeted improvement five aspects: family,school,society,government and rural left-behind junior high school students themselves.
