| With the introduction of vocational education law and other related policies,it is a national trend to vigorously develop vocational education,and so it will be promising,the reform of secondary vocational education is imminent.Accounting Princples is a basic course with strong theoretical,practical and skillful aspects.With the traditional way of mainly lecturing given by teachers,students often feel that the knowledge is obscure and difficultly comprehended.Therefore,they are not motivated to learn,which in turn affects their performance and the improvement of various abilities.First-year secondary school students have a small reserve of accounting-related knowledge,so the learning of new knowledge needs to be done step by step.In the teaching process,"nearest development zone" should be taken into consideration,so that students’ potential can be stimulated and the teaching objectives can be achieved.On the one hand,the task-driven teaching method is to promote the learning of knowledge from the easier task to more advanced one,and each task contains the knowledge to be learned;on the other hand,micro-lessons are often designed according to the topics,which makes the boring knowledge become vivid and interesting and attracts students’ attention;thus the task-driven teaching method and micro-lessons have complementary advantages,and can produce better teaching effect.Therefore,the study attempts to explore a teaching method that has the advantages of both,in order to solve the current problems in classroom teaching and improve the teaching effectiveness.Firstly,the study introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the paper.Through literature analysis,it reads and combs the relevant theoretical achievements at home and abroad,expounds the research content and methods,defines the relevant concepts in the paper,and makes it clear that the theory of constructivism,the theory of the nearest development zone and the theory of humanism are the theoretical basis of the paper.Secondly,the survey of GSLY vocational School was conducted to understand the current teaching status of Accounting Princples,analyze the existing problems in the teaching process of this course,and on the basis of summarizing the existing problems,analyze the feasibility of applying task-driven teaching method based on micro-lessons to the course.Then,based on the analysis results of teaching status,the principles of teaching design are clarified,and the teaching application design scheme of task-driven teaching method based on micro-lesson in Accounting Princples in secondary vocational schools is explored,mainly from seven aspects: design principle,content analysis,learning situation analysis,objective analysis,teaching resource design,process design and evaluation design.Then,taking the students majoring in finance and accounting in GSLY Vocational School of Jinan as practice objects,the knowledge of "Correcting wrong accounts" is selected as an example for application practice.The action research method is used to analyze whether the task-driven teaching method based on micro-lesson can improve the teaching status of Accounting Princples,and the reflection is carried out based on the practical analysis results.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the task-driven teaching method based on micro lesson.Finally,the paper is summarized,and shortcomings and prospects are put forward.The results show that: The task-driven teaching method based on micro-lesson in the classroom teaching of Accounting Princples can improve students’ academic performance,improve students’ understanding and mastery of accounting knowledge,enhance students’ learning interest,stimulate students’ learning potential,enhance students’ sense of participation in class,and cultivate students’ careful and rigorous work style.Enhance students’ ability of independent exploration and cooperation and communication.Through classroom learning,students not only gain knowledge,but also develop their abilities and emotional attitudes in an all-round way.This paper provides reference for the future application research of task-driven teaching method based on micro-lesson in Accounting Princples class in secondary vocational schools. |
