As an important part of teachers ’ professional quality,educational belief is the decisive force behind teachers ’ educational behavior.It affects teachers ’ professional attitude,commitment and persistence,and determines teachers ’ performance in educational work.The cultivation of students ’ educational beliefs is an important work of normal majors in colleges and universities,and also an important measure to reflect the quality of training.Therefore,studying the current situation and influencing factors of the educational beliefs of college graduates majoring in normal education can not only deeply examine the training quality of normal majors,but also find out the problems in training,so as to promote the in-depth development of the training reform of normal majors.This study takes the educational beliefs of 2022 graduates of physical education major in Zhejiang Province as the research object,and takes the literature research method,expert consultation method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and so on as the research methods.On the basis of relevant research methods,a questionnaire survey on the educational beliefs and influencing factors of 2022 graduates of physical education major in Zhejiang Province was developed,and 514 graduates of physical education major in Zhejiang Province were investigated to reveal the current situation and existing problems of the educational beliefs and influencing factors of 2022 graduates of physical education major in Zhejiang Province.At the same time,according to the research results,the countermeasures to improve the education belief training of physical education students in the future are put forward.Through analysis,the following research results are obtained:1.The average score of educational beliefs of 2022 graduates of physical education major in Zhejiang Province is 4.17.The overall average scores of each dimension of educational beliefs from high to low are: curriculum beliefs(4.37),teaching beliefs(4.25),physical education learning beliefs(4.21),student beliefs(3.99),and professional beliefs(3.96).2.There is a significant difference between boys and girls in the overall average score of educational beliefs of 2022 graduates of physical education(p=0.024);there was a significant difference between boys and girls in the overall average score of curriculum beliefs(p<0.001).There was a significant difference in the average score of professional beliefs between graduates who had part-time jobs in education and graduates who had no part-time jobs in education(p=0.048).3.Among the influencing factors of educational beliefs,the average score of social factors is the highest,which is 4.10,followed by school factors(3.95)and family factors(3.90).On the average score of family factors,there is a significant difference between graduates with and without part-time education(p=0.026).4.In the correlation regression analysis,there is a significant positive correlation between school factors,social factors and educational beliefs.Through analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The overall situation and dimensions of educational beliefs of 2022 graduates of physical education major in Zhejiang Province are relatively good,but there is still much room for improvement.2.From the perspective of social demography,there are gender differences in the educational beliefs of 2022 graduates of physical education major in Zhejiang Province,showing that the development level of girls ’ educational beliefs is better than that of boys.However,there is no difference in demographic factors such as the place of origin,whether there is part-time education experience,parents’ education background,and whether there are people engaged in the teaching profession at home.3.Among the influencing factors of educational beliefs,social factors have the greatest influence on the educational beliefs of 2022 graduates of physical education major in Zhejiang Province,followed by school factors and family factors.4.In addition to the relationship between family factors and curriculum beliefs,educational beliefs and their dimensions are closely related to school factors,family factors and social factors.The factors of learning resources and educational atmosphere in school factors,communication factors in family factors,employment situation factors and social status factors in social factors have important influence on the educational beliefs of students majoring in physical education.5.In order to effectively improve the cultivation level of educational beliefs of students majoring in physical education in Zhejiang Province in the future,the countermeasures proposed in this study are: strengthening the professional ethics education of students majoring in physical education,and establishing correct professional beliefs;strengthen the cultivation of students’ management and evaluation beliefs;strengthen students’ ability to teach in an open and cooperative way;improve the construction of campus culture and create an educational environment with normal characteristics;government and school work together to alleviate the employment pressure of physical education students;create a social fashion of respecting teachers and improving the social status of teachers.
