| Since the General Office of the State Council has issued the General Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football in March 2015,campus footballs have received key attention from cities across the country,and university football,as the top tier of the campus football system,represents the highest level of campus football at present.From 2015-2021,the men’s football team of Hangzhou Normal University won the championship of the Gymnasium Division of the Zhejiang University Football League for seven consecutive years,however,they ended up in 14 th place in the finals of the 2021 CUFA Men’s Grade A High Level Group League.This thesis assesses the competitive level and gaps of the team by comparing the technical and tactical performance of the men’s football team of Hangzhou Normal University and the three best teams in the tournament,and attempts to make suggestions for its improvement,with a view to providing a theoretical basis and training strategies to improve the team’s future game performance.Using literature,video observation,expert questionnaire,and mathematical statistics methods,this study compared the technical and tactical performance of Hangzhou Normal University’s men’s soccer team and three excellent sports teams in the 2021 CUFA Men’s High Level Group A League.First,the technical and tactical performance was divided into overall and stage categories,and each index was statistically summarized with Microsoft Excel software.Then,SPSS26.0 and social network analysis methods were used to compare each team’s technical and tactical performance and their inner style.Finally,Matlab and multiple regression method was used to construct a technical and tactical performance model and analyze how each index influenced the technical and tactical performance.This study aimed to compare the differences between Hangzhou Normal University’s men’s soccer team and the three excellent sports teams’ technical and tactical performance.The main conclusions drawn from the study are as follows.1.The men’s football team of Hangzhou Normal University is a defensive counterattacking team,mainly using a 4-2-3-1 formation.Compared to the three best sports teams,the team is relatively poor in internal articulation,opportunity creation,defensive efficiency,passing success rate and unforced errors,while it is closer in the ability to seize offensive opportunities,goalkeeper’s ability to save and the players’ ability to fight for the ball.The three best sports teams,although each with their own characteristics,all organise themselves mainly by pushing the ball forward,with the wing-backs being more aggressive in their insertions.2.The men’s football team of Hangzhou Normal University relies heavily on the individual abilities of star players to organise attacks or create threats in their matches.When attacking up front,the centre of gravity is on the right side of the formation and frequently tries to cooperate on one side,occasionally attacking the opponent’s defence by means of wide diagonal ball transfers;the three outstanding sports teams have multiple core players and the liaison between the three lines is more fluid,with attacks starting at the back and advancing through the midfield to reach the front,where they often use strong and weak side transfers to pull their opponent’s horizontal and vertical space and create goal-scoring opportunities.3.The men’s football team of Hangzhou Normal University has a strong ability to create goals from corner kicks.In a possession phase,they mainly use left and right side downward passes or long backward passes to attack the back of the opponent’s defence as their attacking means,and the cooperation between players is mainly based on lateral and backward passes.In the defensive phase,they mainly adopt a midfield defensive strategy,and seldom use a high pressure strategy near the field.Their goalkeeper usually initiates attacks in the form of long passes.The three best sports team has a wide range of attacking tactics,with groups of players working together frequently to try to attack the opponent’s defence through penetrating passes.They defend with a strategy of high pressure near the goal combined with defending in midfield,and their goalkeeper often attacks with short passes.4.In this league,Hangzhou Normal University men’s soccer team can significantly improve its winning rate by improving the following technical and tactical performance:attacking the middle and inner left side of the three zones,defensive pressure in front of the field,successfully crossing the defense,creating goals from corner kicks,and stealing in front of the field;By comparing the technical and tactical performance models,it was found that the differences between HSU men’s soccer team and the three outstanding sports teams were mainly in the lack of ball-less tackles and weak defensive pressure in front of the field,which can be considered to enhance the team’s competitiveness in the future. |
