Study On Villagers’ Role Change Under The Background Of Mountain Home-Stay Industrialization

The development of the rural tourism industry is growing vigorously under the rural revitalization strategy deployment.The concept of in-depth tour and experience tour is not only to implement the people-oriented thought,but also the endogenous motivation for villagers to participate in tourism places.The villagers transform their houses into home stays and farmhouses,which promotes the integration and optimization of resources to a certain extent.It is conducive to promoting the sustainable development of local economy and culture,and at the same time,makes the individual villagers closely linked with the collective interests of the village.In this paper,Pingzhai Village,Machang Town,Guian New District has been selected as the example,and the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method are comprehensively used to obtain the relevant data of mountain homestay development and sort out the logical starting point of villagers’ role change.An overview of the situation of Pingzhai Village is given by the basic introduction,industry and resources situation,education and infrastructure conditions,targeted poverty alleviation and so on.Then explain the development background of villager dormitory industrialization in Pingzhai,analysis of the pingzhai village mountain homestay development process,introduce the industrialization development and participation status of villagers,and analyze the influence of homestay industrialization on Pingzhai Village.Afterwards,combined with the social space theory and the social role theory,the role changes of the villagers in Pingzhai Village before and after the industrialization of home stay are discussed.It is systematically analyzed from three aspects: social space,villagers ’family role and villagers’ professional role.The study found that after the industrialization of homestay,the social relationship of the villagers in Pingzhai village has changed from kinship and geography to industry relationship,the family role has also changed from the traditional "male external,female internal" mode to a more equal and reasonable direction,Villagers’ occupations change from farmers to businessmen.Then,the influence of the role change of the villagers in Pingzhai is analyzed.From the perspective of society,the social relations and social network of villagers are increasingly complicated,and the social life style is becoming increasingly urbanized;From the economic level,the development of mountain homestay has promoted the diversification of the village economy,provided employment for the villagers and nourished and nurtured the rural development;From the individual level,the villagers’ self-awareness is constantly strengthened.At the same time,the paper also analyzes the role adaptation and role imbalance of the villagers in the role change.Finally,summarize and put forward corresponding suggestions,in order to provide useful reference for promoting the industrialization development of villagers in Pingzhai.
