In the "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial)",it is mentioned that it is necessary to help young children correctly understand themselves and others,cultivate an attitude of closeness and cooperation towards others and society.The social perspective selection ability of young children refers to the ability of young children to change their perspective on problems in social interaction,combine their existing experience with others to exchange ideas,imagine and experience others’ perspectives,and distinguish and compare their own and others’ perspectives,The ability to adopt others’ perspectives.The development of children’s ability to choose social perspectives is beneficial for them to have a correct understanding of themselves and others.In existing research on the social perspective selection ability of young children,most of them are related studies on the relationship between their social perspective selection ability and other factors.This study chooses action research that is more suitable for the practice of early childhood education.The main purpose is to explore effective action plans and effective support strategies for role play to promote children’s ability to take social views.The research selected the middle class children in a kindergarten in Guiyang as the research object,and cooperated with two class teachers to form a research team.action research was carried out by using test,interview and observation methods.The whole action research includes six actions in three stages,and each action has two cycles.The first stage is to clarify the role responsibilities and enhance the ability of young children to choose and distinguish social perspectives.The two actions are based on the experiential foundation of children’s social perspective selection and differentiation ability,and based on the role cognition of children’s social perspective selection and differentiation ability.By enriching children’s relevant experience and role cognition of the roles they play,promote the development of children’s ability to choose and distinguish social perspectives.The second stage is to enhance interpersonal interaction and enhance children’s ability to choose and understand social perspectives.The two actions are themed interactions based on children’s social perspective selection and understanding abilities,and plot enrichment based on children’s social perspective selection and understanding abilities.By increasing interpersonal interaction between children’s themes,promote the development of children’s ability to choose and understand social perspectives.The third stage is to use evaluation strategies to develop children’s ability to choose and infer social perspectives.The two actions are behavioral evaluation based on children’s social perspective selection and inference ability,and evaluation form based on children’s social perspective selection and inference ability.Promote the ability of young children to evaluate others based on existing information through various evaluation methods and forms,and promote their social perspective selection and inference ability.Based on the research on action effects,effective support strategies for role games to promote the social perspective selection ability of middle class children are proposed: firstly,accurately grasping the existing experience of children,and providing effective support to children based on their existing experience can effectively promote the development of children’s social perspective selection ability;Secondly,it is important to treat the conflicts in children’s game play in a reasonable manner,treating them as valuable resources for developing their social perspective selection ability,and promoting the development of their social perspective selection ability;Thirdly,we should focus on creating a suitable gaming environment,providing support for children’s role playing environment from both material and spiritual aspects,and promoting the further development of children’s social perspective selection ability.Finally,the study provides the following suggestions for frontline educators in early childhood education: firstly,frontline educators need to enrich their theoretical knowledge and establish a correct concept of role-playing;Secondly,frontline educators,as supporters and guides of early childhood games,need to effectively observe early childhood games and improve the quality of support for role games;Thirdly,in the process of role-playing for young children,frontline educators need to seize the educational opportunity and strengthen the construction of role-playing scenarios for young children..
