Curriculum ideology is a hot topic of current education researchers.It is the fundamental task of implementing Lide Shushu people and promoting the function of classroom education.To build a high-level talent training system,the ideological and political work system must be penetrated,and the construction of ideas and politics and political education must be promoted to solve the problem of "two skin" of professional education and ideological and political education.Under the background of the new era,higher requirements have been put forward on tour guide personnel.As an important part of the modern vocational education system,secondary vocational education undertakes important tasks to cultivate tourism talents.high.Teachers in tourism services and management must actively conduct the "professional+ideological and political" curriculum teaching reform,and integrate the ideological education elements into the teaching of secondary professional tourism services and management."Introduction to Tourism" is a compulsory basic course for tourism services and management,which takes the basic,systematic and theoretical role in professional talent training.Carrying out curriculum ideological and political education in the "Introduction to Travel" is not only the requirements of the development of the times and the requirements of the development of the tourism industry.It is also a need for students’ growth and development.Reality and value of the times.This study adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,classroom observation method,and mathematical statistical statistics method,in-depth analysis and excavation of the ideological and political elements contained in the "Introduction to Tourism",design the "Tourist Introduction" teaching case,and use experiments through experiments The group and the control group carried out the research of teaching experiments to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of teaching design in the "Introduction to Tourism" under the concept of ideological,political and education.Through research,it aims to provide a reference for curriculum ideological and political teaching design for secondary vocational tourism services and management majors.The research methods and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the literature research method and expert interview method,build the ideological and political element index system contained in the "Introduction to Tourism",which mainly includes 5 first-level indicators: family feelings,moral cultivation,scientific spirit,the awareness of the rule of law,professional literacy and professionalism,and 12 secondary indicators: patriotism,cultural self-confidence, professional ethics,innovative thinking,etc.(2)Based on Marx’s comprehensive development theory,constructivism learning theory,Corberg’s moral cognitive development theory,and Rogers’ s humanistic learning theory,integrate the "Tourism Introduction" curriculum ideological and political elements into teaching goals,teaching,teaching,teaching The content,teaching process,teaching method and teaching evaluation effectively solved the fundamental issue of "what kind of person cultivation","how to cultivate people" and "who trains people".(3)Design the teaching case of "Introduction to Travel" under the concept of ideological and political ideas,and conduct teaching experiments.Through the comparison of the previous results of the experimental group and the control group,the P values were <0.05 after statistical T test,and the results of the experimental group in the professional knowledge and practical ability were better than that of the control group.At the same time,combined with questionnaires,Class observation and teacher interview analysis can prove to a certain extent that the teaching design of this study can effectively improve students’ ideological literacy,achieve the educational effect of "learning and thinking",and form a virtuous circle.It is recommended that in subsequent studies,we must keep up with the characteristics of tourism professional development,update teaching methods and educational concepts,improve the teaching evaluation system,and design more excellent secondary vocational tourism services and management majors "Tourism Introduction" curriculum ideological and political teaching cases.
