The economy and industries of our economy have reached in a vital period of upgrading and transformation,which requires a great deal of high-quality technical skills.It is undeniable that the quality of vocational-technical teachers has always been a bottleneck,which restricting the quality of vocational and technical personnel in our country.Since 2019,China has issued a series of documents which relates to vocational-technical teachers training,such as "National Professional Education Reform Implementation Programme","Professional Certification Standard for Professional Teachers’ Education" and "Standard of Vocational Training for Secondary Vocational Professionals",which is undoubtedly a new requirement for vocational-technical teachers’ training.It is urgently need to reform vocational-technical teachers’ training.In order to address the low quality problems existing in the training of vocational-technical teachers in our country.The fundamental focus of the vocational-technical teachers teaching training must be on the course reform,because the course is the core of talent training.This study is based on the theory of teachers specialization development and OBE theory,from the perspective of the optimize curriculum,this study takes X University as an example to study the curriculum of vocational-technical teacher’s teaching training for undergraduate students.This study used literature research,questionnaire survey and interview research to explore the problems and causes in the undergraduate curriculum of vocational-technical teacher’s teaching training in X University.To propose a better optimization strategy,this study also drew on the experience of developed countries in the curriculum of vocational-technical teacher’s teaching training for undergraduate students.The aim of this study is to improve the curriculum effectiveness of vocational-technical teacher’s teaching training in vocational-technical normal colleges.And to cultivate high-quality vocational-technical teachers for secondary vocational schools.This study consist of six parts : the first part is the introduction.This part mainly clarified the background and significance of this research,summarized the relevant study at home and abroad,introduced the research ideas and research methods.In this parts also defined the core concepts of this research,and summarized the relevant theoretical basis and policy basis.The second part is the current situation investigation.Through the text analysis,the questionnaire and the interview,this study investigated the current situation of the teaching curriculum of vocational-technical normal undergraduates in X University,such as the curriculum concept,curriculum objectives,curriculum categories,curriculum structure and curriculum content.The third part is the analysis of existing problems and their causes.This part is based on the research of the previous part.The research found that there are some problems in the teachering curriculum setting of vocational and technical normal undergraduate in X University,such as deviation of curriculum concept,inaccurate curriculum objectives,unbalanced curriculum structure,and curriculum content to be improved.The main reasons are the dislocation of curriculum value orientation,the single subject of curriculum setting,the lack of curriculum support conditions,the weak implementation of national policies,and the influence of employment environment orientation.The fourth part is for the relevant experience.By sorting out the curriculum setting experience of vocational teachers’ training in the United States,Germany,Australia and Japan,it provides reference for the curriculum setting of vocational-technical teachers’ education and training for undergraduate vocational teachers in X University.The fifth part is curriculum setting suggestion,which puts forward the optimization for curriculum setting suggestions of vocational-technical normal undergraduate teachers of X University.The suggestions about the aspects of curriculum concept,curriculum model,curriculum objective setting subject,curriculum structure,curriculum content and curriculum guarantee.The sixth part is summarization part,which summarized the advantages and disadvantages of this study,and prospected the follow-up research.
